I wouldn't complain had this been my first experience of basically the same behavior by employees. I actually feel it's the managers responsibilities these incidents occurred. The first time in I was being helped by someone who was being very helpful & then all the sudden she disappeared & when I asked about where they went they were indifferent towards me. It's been several months since that visit & a very nice woman was helping me & in the middle of the conversation she was told, via her headphones, that she had to go to lunch. I see where there priorities lie. Again, I think it's the management's responsibility to allow their employees to help finish their shopping. It truly left a bad taste in my mouth. I really do prefer Ulta but Sephora was more convenient at the time. Here's to hoping management reading reviews & hopefully making some changes.

I went to pick up perfume but as you can see, I bought all these little goodies below. I spent over $100 but ended up getting a $10 off due to having points and one of the items was a free sample for foundation. I really like this place but it seems I can get more when I shop online versus in store so I'll try online next time.

I was very well received. I knew exactly what I wanted but although they didn’t have what I wanted, I still bought it online. But the customer service was 100%. The store was big, and very clean I would definitely go back. They were very helpful.

Very impressed with this Sephora location. Store is always organized well & clean. Easily to find what I'm looking for and the staff is always eager to help.

I just wanted to thank Malkia for her help in trying on various foundations. My friend and I visited recently and found Malkia to be very helpful without having to purchase assistance. ( We were given some type of card once we arrived that started additional services as well as the prices.) All of the ladies in the store were friendly however, we really enjoyed Malkia's expertise!

Had to restock my must-haves and also try a few new items. Usually I order online, but decided to visit my local Sephora instead. Customer service was great....BUT...honestly, I was surprised at how dusty the displays in the store were. Like literal dust that you could wipe with your finger. Granted, the actual products inside the drawers were dirty, but I would think for a display they would be wiped down on a regular basis. I was also bummed that there weren't many samples at the checkout, but, oh well. Like I said, service was great, I found everything I needed...this location just needs a good cleaning is all. Will I return, YES!

Plenty of friendly associates. I was bombarded by associates inquiring if I need help throughout the store. Top tier service!!! I'll definitely be back to shop!!

I was very impressed with this Sephora. I needed last minute makeup done and a neighbor recommended getting my makeup done here. It’s been some years since I stepped into a Sephora so I don’t even know they offered makeup session. Sarai Rangel did my makeup. She was AMAZING. She moved with confidence, introduced and explained each product before she applied it to my face, and practiced IMPECCABLE sanitary skills. Went into get my professional headshots and with every click of the camera, the photographer reminded me to f how great my makeup looked. I’ll be back to see Sarai the next time I need my makeup done <3

Gulay customer service is Phenomenal, my daughter went in looking for a skincare product and she explained detail for detail of what would work for her and what may be too harsh for her skin and made me want to buy more because of the service she provided. If you go in ask for her and you will not regret it. The manager is exceptional also if you need to speak with her regarding anything.
