I’m a regular customer at Serenity Nails Spa, and I always have a great experience here! The ladies who sit to the right when you walk in are both amazing — professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented. My nails always come out perfect, and they really take their time to make sure I’m happy. The shop is clean, relaxing, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a 10/10 every visit! 💅✨

Took my girlfriend here to get her nails done and ended up getting mine done as well… Kat did such an amazing job!! “She at and left no crumbs” a certain gf stated.

Amazing! I've had my nails done by Kat at least four times she never Disappoint! I show her a picture and she does exactly as the photo she's super talented. I love the place I never wait when I have an appointment I get seen right away...... I have referred at least four people to Kat and everyone leaves Happy!!!

I got a full set initially, it was ok. Then I went back to get my refills, which were done poorly. I excused that first refill and went back again…everyone has an “off day” so to speak. Well, for a refill the lady took all but ten minutes to do. Not good at all! It was horrible to say the very least. I had the worst experience at this salon, I will never return.

Do not go here! I should have known when they had no one inside on a Friday eve that this place wasn't any good. I went in for eyebrow wax and the lady who did the eyebrows seemed lost. She didn't brush the brows to shape, she just used a piece of tissue. She did a lot of plucking which was strange seeing that she literally ripped my forehead off with the amount of wax she used. The issue really came when it was time to pay. She said $9 and I gave her my debit card. She then tells me it's going to be $1 to use it since my total isn't over $10. WTH! I said nope I'm not paying $1 when no where on the door or counter it says that and in the state of Texas law specifically bans debit card surcharging altogether and Connecticut bans surcharging for both debit and credit card transactions. Major card issuers, including Visa and Mastercard, expressly forbid surcharging debit card transactions. She didn't speak English, so all she kept saying was $10. No one there could say anything. Poor service and piss poor understanding of how to run a business. I see why no one is there! I will be reporting this salon.

I’m new to Texas so I had to find a new place for my pedicures. This place is seven minutes from my house so I tried it. I had a great experience. I went at a time when it wasn’t crowded and they took me right to my chair. Staff was friendly and seemed like they cared. She painted my nails the colors that I asked. Not sure if it was extra but was still reasonably priced. Also got my eyebrows done. Great atmosphere and music.I found my PLACE!!!

I walked in for a pedicure for my daughter and was given a wait time of 15 minutes. Another walk walked and placed in front of my daughter. When I asked the employee, she snapped back, "Everybody's busy." NOT ACCEPTABLE! Be a company that stands by the word you give! Customers have other options!

I'm so disappointed! I've been coming here for over a year, never had a prior issue. And I easily spend over $100 on nails, toes and eyebrows. I went in for a gel nail removal, just a basic shellac manicure and pedi. Some older lady was assigned to me. I was there for 2.5 hours for a mani and pedi! Then my nails were coated with so much polish, it came out so thick and lumpy! I had no time to ask for a removal. So I go back and ask if they can just shave off the shellac for free, which is $7 btw. Didn't even ask for my money back or a new mani. Just if they could remove the shellac for free. They said no, that reason it came out lumpy was because of nail beds. Tried saying ALL my nail beds are this lumpy when I've been getting manicures for years! So first they weren't gonna charge me, then started taking it off. Then half way through the removal, said they were gonna charge me! I walked out! They just lost a loyal customer over $7!!!

This visit hurt my heart. I held out hope after a few disappointing visits with poor results on my nails and feet but this last visit took the cake. I paid $61 and walked out looking worse than I did when I came. I showed a picture for reference and was very clear on the shape and style I wanted for my toe polish and left bare because even after agreeing to something I didn’t want, the application still looked awful. Though the woman was kind, the work was no good and not at all worth what I was charged with no attempt to make things right.
*Edit in response to the owners response* I do not like confrontation, I have continued to pay for my services and keep quiet about my dissatisfaction hoping that it would be better when I return(which I am aware is my own mistake but I thought you all were kind), much like I did for this visit which as I stated before this was the visit that took the cake and was the final straw in me paying for services that I was not satisfied with.
Ms.Kim did not remove any shellac she placed the white over what she had already done (the misshapen French tips mind you she had only done one coat when I noticed it was not what I wanted and attempted to fix it but it was uneven and not okay) and not at all did she attempt to reshape anything when I did communicate what I wanted before she started and showed a photo example of the shape.
I trusted you all with something I pride myself in having done which is my nails and feet and instead was let down, yet again. The only difference is this time unfortunately I could not hold in the tears until I got to my car like I usually do and I paid for a service and walked out with bare, dry misshaped toes. I appreciate your response, I hope you all have a blessed evening.

I don't typically do reviews but when I tell you Serenity Nails Spa did not disappoint me at all, I just had to leave a review. I came to this salon as a recommendation from my friend so I didn't know what to expect but I left with exactly what I asked for!!! The environment was nice and I honestly felt so welcomed. (Edit: I live 45 minutes away from Serenity and honestly wasn't even mad about the drive I took!)
