Elaine's what a powerful girl this is. Extremely proud of this hard worker. Never have I seen anyone work as diligent as this one. Who hand washes the pumps and takes care of all the trash around it like this superstar. You go girl. My this company see the value in it's employees like Elaine's. Outstanding job Shell. I think she's a keeper.

Actually they don't offer fuel in the midnight. There is no oil during 00:00-06:00

On top of generally poor customer service, the fuel quality is also terrible. I've been getting gas here consistently for over a month because the price is the cheapest around. That said, after having some sputtering and misfiring, I need to replace some parts on my car caused by poor gas.

I had a very terrible experience. I was refused service for no reason after several attempts at getting premium gas using my fuel rewards. The clerk was ringing me up wrong. I had to move my truck to a new spot and go in and out the store several times. Another clerk came out to help him. The 2nd clerk was explaining that everyone is new here. My response was I have never had to specify what type of gas I wanted. She kept stating it was because they were new. Then I stated that none of the shells stations I've ever been I had to verify. Once I said that again she decided to give me a refund and refuse me service all because I said I never had to specify before. So after going in and out of the store several times and switching spots. I get refused service. My time was wasted and I was frustrated. Then the topper is I asked for the corporate phone number so I could make a complaint and she wrote down an incorrect number. So then I had to go searching for the phone number. She said her name was leondra but after realizing she gave me an incorrect number. I believe she gave me an incorrect name as well.

Terrible customer service. The people are rude and not helpful at all. I paid for a car wash at the pump and the pump didn’t print a receipt so went inside and she said we don’t print receipts and the car wash is not working. I asked for a refund and she said they don’t give refunds. Then she argued about how much the car wash cost. I paid $14 and she said they don’t have a $14 carwash. Then she said oh the carwash is working now and provided me with the receipt and code. What a freaky mess.

They have decent fuel prices but they're almost always out of Pall Mall 100's menthol which can be annoying. I often don't stop to buy fuel there cause they're usually out of my brand of cigarettes.

Candace is great. Her attitude is the best. My favorite and only place to refuel the Jeep (and you know it gets thirsty)
