Really annoyed today. Young man helping me today tried to take advantage of me-possibly because I am female. I took a screen shot of the product I wanted (Colortop) and chose the paint chip. He then asked me what I was painting, which is really none of his business as I had a photo of the product I wanted and has not asked his opinion. I told him it was my pool house floor, and he brought a product called cool deck over to the desk. I said- I would like colortop, as it is an inside application. He said it was the same thing. I then said, ok, but is it the same price, and it turns out it was $20+ more than the product I specifically asked for. If I took him at his word I would have been upsold without understanding the difference. How is that ok? He did not have a nametag on, but SW, you need to do better. I like your products and am willing to pay your higher prices, but not if I can’t trust you. This location has lost my business for your inability to be truthful.

Exceptional customer service by both Marcus and Diogo, they really go above and beyond! My husband made a few trips to this location over the weekend and was extremely impressed by their professionalism and genuine interest in helping him each and every visit. Take care of these two Sherwin Williams! Amazing service like this is hard to find these days. Great experience, I highly recommend this location.

by far the worst sherwin Williams two hours to get paint they gave my paint away on accident couldn't make a match employees playing with each now I'm stuck waiting on paint costing me money

Been going to this store for years but honestly the new employees are so rude, uninformed of products and have a poor customer service attitude. Needed samples, the guy behind the counter says, " No samples, haven't done them in months..." sooooo I'm suppose to have my clients visualize the color in their head? A few people walked out when they heard this... how is a PAINT store not going to have PAINT samples? Paint is ludicrously expensive as it is and they have the audacity to talk to a guy that has bought thousands of gallons of paint like that? Hate to see what they do to new customers if old ones get talked to like this. Guess have to find a new location or go back to log and Benjamin Moore.

Never disappointed in product, walk in ,pic paint (with assistance) walk out ,do not use curbside , like to browse. MOVED from OHIO to TEXAS 4 months ago .... same friendly service state to state...we love Humble Texas!

Well here's the thing they should definitely bring back Morgan, dez, and Dustin those guys where the best employees at this sherwin williams location and ther customer service was hands down phenomenal.
