Staff and facility top notch. Very short waiting time, and the doctor was very thorough. Jessie and the radiology tech get extra credit for the warm blankets. Best care I've ever received at an urgent care facility.

I recently took my wife to SignatureCare ER and it was a surprisingly positive experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring.The registration process was efficient, and we didn't have to wait long (our biggest fear when visiting ERs) before we were seen by a nurse who took vitals and listened attentively. The doctor who attended us took the time to listen and then explain the proposed treatment plan.Throughout our stay, the nurses and support staff were attentive, making sure we were as comfortable as possible. We left the ER feeling grateful for the excellent care received, and would like to extend our thanks to the staff at SignatureCare ER for their dedication to providing exceptional care. If I ever need medical attention in the future, I would feel reassured knowing I can count on such a wonderful team. Thank you Laura, Tammy, Marvin and Maddie!

Brought my daughter in to be seen, the staff was wonderful. Dr. Edwards was very thorough, empathetic and compassionate! From the front desk to the nurses we had a wonderful experience considering the situation. Thank you for taking care of my most precious and making us feel cared for.

Nurse Tammy, Physician Langan, Radiologist Shonna and Facility Manager Kellie got me in very fast and helped me figure out what was wrong. They were very respectful about everything and they realy just wanted the best for me. They gave me snacks and a warm blanket so that’s a bonus star!!

Brought my son here and they wasted no time seeing him. Laura was very helpful when it came to the paperwork. She is also very friendly. His nurse Tracie was very patient with us and explained everything so we could fully understand what was happening. The doctor took his time with my son and talked to him so he wouldn't be nervous. Overall we had a wonderful experience with the facility and with the staff. Will definitely return if we need any medicine assistance in the future.

We have used this location several times and every single time the staff have been amazing! The wait time is some of the shortest I've ever seen anywhere and we've never had to wait more then 10-15 minutes.The nurses are all extremely friendly have do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and the physician don't try to rush you. They allow you to speak and collaborate with them to find the source of your problems and work to actually treat the reason you're there, but to just push you through.My most recent experience at this location the most pleasant so far as everyone made me feel comfortable and truly listened to me concerns. When I had forgotten to give the nurse some information, the Tech, Jose, made sure to listen to everything I had to say and assured me he would let the nurse know.From front office to blood work to CT Scans, every person in this facility truly gave the impression that they were mentally present and that they truly cared about my health and they wanted to help me get well.I will always recommend Signature Care Emergency Center to anyone that is in need of fast and thorough help for any medical issue they may have.

The staff was very friendly & test results were rapid. The facility, the restroom & patient room were very clean ! Jesse & Dr. Shucks were great & very personable. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Jose the ER tech, the Facility Manager Kellie or Radiology tech Marvin.Thank you for a wonderful experience & I will be back if I have any other ailments

The team was very efficient, professional and friendly.Check in was easy, they had all of the necessary technical equipment on site and gave me all I needed to leave the clinic and improve afterwards.Took great care of me and I will definitely recommend to others and return when needed in the future.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Nurse Tracie, Jose and Dr. Boester were extremely helpful and patient with me while I was in a great deal of pain. Would definitely recommend!

We walked in they took my husband right back and began to assess his condition. Dr Hills explained everything with what might be going on. Tammy / Nora and Megan were great , the X-ray truck Marvin was very polite and caring. If we ever need emergency care again we will definitely come back

Outstanding service here. I felt so very sick going in and every single person there was greatly solicitous and caring to me. Gigi was my nurse and she was very polite and thorough and quick to help me feel more comfortable. I felt listened to and the Doctors care was exceptional. They treat you like royalty truly.

I had a fantastic medical experience with the SignatureCare team at this location. I first encountered Laura at the front desk who was very clear with giving check-in instructions and responsive to questions. Once I was taken back, I met my nurse Tammy and the ER tech Megan who were very personable, patient, and offered me a warm blanket while I waited. Dr. Parker was gentle and informative both in his evaluation and demeanor. I also got some x-rays taken with Marvin who was kind, accommodating, and patient as well. He offered me an additional warm blanket during the x-ray process and made the experience much more comfortable than I could have ever expected an x-ray to be. I would recommend this location to any and everyone in the area in need of emergency care.

Late at night and was not feeling quite right for a few days came here as it was the closest and most convenient ER. Staff was very professional and made sure I understood what was going on and when. When they checked up on me overnight they made sure to do it respectfully. They wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be with me being unwell. Check-in was fast and friendly. (I don't remember her name at the desk but she was quick and courteous). Was taken back to a private exam room before I could even finish the paperwork. Nurse Gigi was amazing and got me in a treatment room for observation overnight I had one request not to dig for the IV site. She did her best and got Tammy to come help they were amazing and I appreciate the fact they tried their best to not poke me 1 million times only took 3. Nester, Rick, Jose, Tracie and Sarah were amazing with their bedside manner and attentiveness. Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Ortiz were amazing as well.

All staff were welcoming and helpful.Laura answered my insurance questions. Nurse Tracie and Ashley had good communication with each other. Jose was also helpful and attentive. Dr. Maudlin was very nice and took his time to assess me. Overall happy with care received.
