Front desk is about as useless as they come, asked for sheets for the pullout bed upon arrival around 9pm waited until almost 12am still no sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pullout bed, came down and asked the desk to get them he brought me the sheets, and extra towels and the little throw things they put on the bed, sent him back for attempt 2 and he brought a mattress pad, attempt 3 prevailed to be the final attempt and finally got the blanket but still no pillow desk claims they have no pillows for the pullout but its a bed they are providing.... makes a lot of sense but little desk guy finally discovers a pillow that seemed to appear out of no where after another phone call and a few minutes. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE THESE WERE NOT HARD REQUESTS 🙄

It’s a very decent place for the price u pay. It’s no Ritz Carlton. But it’s a very nice and clean hotel. Been staying here a lot in the last few months for work and they are super awesome and friendly here. Never had an issue with anything here. Definitely be back on the next project here in Houston.

I have reported to this hotel MULTIPLE times about a man they have here exposing himself to the girls working next door, it has gotten to a ridiculous level and this man harasses the girls working then exposes himself completely NAKED TO THEM! THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS PLACE SUCKS AND WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP YOU! SO IF THIS IS HOW THEY ACT WHEN SOMEONE IS ASKING THEM TO PLZ REMOVE A MAN WHO IS EXPOSING HIMSELF NAKED TO YOUNG GIRLS!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE! I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR HOTEL ROOM WHAT THEY’LL DO! IF YOU HAVE A DAUGHTER IMAGINE SHE’S WORKING HARD DOING HER JOB AND A MAN IS YELLING AT HER FROM HIS HOTEL WINDOW AND SHOWING HIM SELF COMPLETELY NAKED! DO BETTER SLEEP INNN!!

If I could be zero stars I would because I have reported to this hotel multiple times about a man they have here exposing himself to the girls working next door and yet they do nothing! It makes everyone uncomfortable and they should’ve kicked him out immediately but yet still let him stay there ! that’s sick they just want money and don’t care about peoples safety and well being

DO NOT !!! DO NOT!!! Buy airport parking at this hotel , BAD SERVICE !!!!
I arrived hotel 40 minutes before my reservation and I almost missed my flight , when I come back waiting for 50 minutes at airport and called 3 times to get on the shuttle , very disappointed !!!

Hard pillows, lumpy bed, musty room, dated. Checkin not helpful. Not worth 80 dollars a nite, maybe 50.

Roach infestation. When we first got there our room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. The refrigerator stand had a rich infestation and there were babies and eggs as well as adults in it. Disgusting. Do not stay here. Trying to find a manager is also a problem and it is difficult to get a refund.

I stayed here overnight during a layover at IAH and had a really good experience. The location is convenient and close to the airport. The free shuttle service was great — timely pickup both from the airport and back to the hotel, which made traveling much easier.
Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was basic but clean, and everything worked fine.
Breakfast had a good variety — waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit cups, donuts, muffins, cereal, bread with butter and jam, juice, milk, and coffee. A nice mix of hot and cold items before heading out.

1 Star - Unacceptable conditions and poor service
We stayed here due to a flight change and deeply regret not finding alternative accommodations. This hotel has serious cleanliness and safety issues that management seems to ignore.
Cleanliness Issues:
• Cockroaches visible in the lobby and breakfast area
• Rooms had a terrible odor upon entry
• Extremely dusty surfaces throughout
• Carpets felt filthy and disgusting to walk on barefoot
Staff Response:
When I reported the cockroach problem to front desk staff, the employee simply shrugged his shoulders with complete indifference. No apology, no action taken.
Shuttle Service:
The affiliated shuttle service was dangerous and unreliable. Drivers operated vehicles unsafely - driving so recklessly that passengers felt sick and luggage was thrown around the vehicle. Despite scheduling pickup times, drivers arrived early and left before the agreed time, even though we came down 15 minutes early as requested.
Overall:
Poor amenities, unhelpful staff, and management that clearly doesn’t care about basic health and safety standards. The indifferent response to pest control issues is particularly concerning.
Even for an emergency accommodation, this property falls far below acceptable standards. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel entirely.

3.5 stars. Stayed here one night during a layover. Called at the airport for transfer, shuttle was there within 15 mins. You can’t hear the planes flying overhead, so that was nice. My room was next to the dog kennel, I only heard them bark for 10mins around 7pm. Room was clean, sheets had some stains on them but smelled fresh. Wifi didn’t work in my room, only in one corner of the bathroom. Included breakfast was ok, 90% sugary options unfortunately. Shuttle in the morning was on time.

I had a very nice and pleasant stay at this hotel, a lady by the name of Anna check me in after a long trip and answered any questions I had.
