Made an online appt waited 45 min for stylist to be done with another client for her to tell me she can't cut my daughters hair cause she has another appt. And it won't be fair to the other client. Was told that they are not informed by online appointments, which makes no sense as to why it's on their website. Supposably another stylist was coming in and never showed up....Never again.

I am not a rude person but I wasn’t happy on the result of highlights, not even. I went to other walmart before and I was pleased on the highlights she did. I paid a little more at the other salon but it was worth it. I bought a permanent color and redo it myself. She is nice though I can give her that.To the owner who’s asking where it says on my review 9451 fm 1960 I recently did a highlights. The one that did a great job no longer working in Atascocita.

I came in today 3.5.2022 @12.25p. I waited to get my hair done all this time and the lady 2.p came in after 2:30p and says she has to do her appt. I said Ma'am I been here since before you started your 12:30 appt this is unacceptable! I see why the turn over rate is so high here. There's never more than one person working. These so called stylist need to be aware of time management. Very important when styling someone hair. I'll never come back here! All I wanted was my hair curled. To wait almost 3hr????? Hell to the No!

I went in to have a simple haircut done at 1pm last Friday. The girl was doing someone else’s hair and rudely said she couldn’t do my hair because she was on her last customer.. At 1pm?? You don’t close for 5 hrs?? Either your slow or lazy.. won’t return

I can never get in touch with anyone here. If I go in person, no one is there, ever. I’m guessing they make their own schedules. No one answers the phone either.

Was charged for a hidden miscellaneous charge when I shouldn't have been I just got a regular haircut. My hairstylist was vulgar too. Never going back, my haircut was nice though.When I asked her why there was a miscellaneous charge she said it was because she used clippers and shears which made no sense, and nothing was listed anywhere on their window stating such a charge. It was a normal haircut, something underhanded may definetly be going on here.Very disappointed by my visit and I feel like I was scammed almost, she then loudly asked if I could afford it so everyone in the store could hear her, embarrassing me. And even videod me as I walked out of the store. What the hell??

My experience with SmartStyle was horrible, I saw the signage for Braids, called the number, made an appointment and went. The hairstylist told me as she was braiding my hair that she was not a Braid Stylist. My hair ended up a mess, the hair extensions were sewn any kind of way and the braids were different sizes and loose. Refused to refund me my $125 and can't get ahold of the stylist or manager; suddenly its closed. Don't go there!

I walked in this afternoon when I was leaving Wal-Mart..there were no other customers in the salon so I thought it just might be a good time to get me a trim..i went up to her with a smile and asked her very politely if she cut do a quick haircut...she was very rude to me and said very curtly i need to have an appointment..i could not believe this as noone else was there..i felt because i was white and she is black is why she treated me this way..see its called reverse discrimination... Im glad she refused me as im sure she would have given me a bad haircut..shame on you!!!!!

This is the most unprofessional salon. How are you open and don't answer the phone. It's no wonder the business is going down. Lack of leadership and it starts with the Owner you need to do better.
