Speedy Mail HELPED me today with getting my returned package off and getting mail to Michigan in a couple of days TODAY!'
They also helped me to send CARE PACKAGES to my son when he was in Afghanistan!
They are always so HELPFUL and efficient! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I’ve been a Speedy Mail customer for decades. They expertly handle all of my mailing, faxing, notarizing, scanning and printing requirements. I am now a retired UPS supervisor and I used Speedy instead of the UPS Store. I highly recommend Speedy Mail and Parcel.

The lady thay works here is absolutely terrible and rude. I dropped off a package to be shipped with the shipping label attached. I dropped it off to an elderly man. I asked for some kind of receipt when I dropped it off and he mentioned the scanner wasn't working since their power was out and I could track the package with the shipping label. It's been almost a week and my tracking is absolutely blank. It doesn't reflect that my package was ever sent out. She wouldn't check and wouldn't even look in my direction when speaking to me. Essentially they have my package and there's nothing I can do

Lady working there hates to scan in packages. Like you have a scanner? Just scan it. You literally have one job.

5.67 to get one paper printed is absolutely ridiculous they charge a computer fee to get it printed. No where on their store does it state that. . The front desk lady is rude and has no customer service either. Will never step foot in this place

Have used this location for shipping all over the world and in the USA, customer service has been above average all the way. They have always taken the time to give me multiple prices because, DHL, Fedx and postal are not the same cost or the same service . By taking the time to compare prices and shipping times, I have always got the best service, time and delivery dates for what I had to ship. As far as masks, like I have read on other comments, during the pandemic they were the required masks. Now they do not. So I do not know what that person’s problem was about the mask, but it was her problem not the employees that was the problem.
