The service is out of this world you could come to the front door you're not in this building more than 5 ft and someone is asking you may I help you how wonderful that is I like service like that that really good and then I needed a internet box they help me out so quickly it was easy and I said Thank you and I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes parking was great it's a great place to do business

These people straight lied to me. I have had Sprint over 20 years then switched to Tmobile with merger. I was told was going to pay about $5 per month per line to add free watches and then $3 per month to change my plan. My bill increased over $80. I waited in store most of the evening 3 times. Will be switching my lines to Verizon or someone else. Would give zero stars. Do not trust these people-None of them.

The managers don't know what's going on. They argued that an upgrade did not exist, when they looked it up and realized they were wrong they added a line to my account instead of exchanging the box. This store is uninformed and unhelpful this is unfortunately the only "corporate store" around that is authorized to handle anything...wish they knew what was going on. Time to hire knew cheaper help and train them up the right way.

I visited this store yesterday to turn in my old iPhone after pre-ordering the new one IN STORE. I received texts and emails from T-Mobile stating I was able to turn my old phone into a store. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly young lady and let her know what I was there for and very quickly she let me know that wasn’t possible. I was trying to understand why and a gentleman sitting on a bench on the other side of the store (who barely looked up from his phone) said I couldn’t return it there, loudly and extremely rudely. I asked again, even though my texts and emails said to? He was like “Yes, we don’t do that.” It was very impersonal and quite honestly, horrible customer service. I wish I would have gotten his name. They just didn’t want to do the extra work. LAZY.Today I visited a different location and they didn’t even hesitate and took care of me turning in my old phone immediately and there was no push back. I’ll be leaving that store a 5 star review for their excellence in customer service.

Thank you Aja!! I recently transfer my account to T-Mobile. It was a very intensive 8 lines /2 providers transfer/port- over experience. There were issues where two of my numbers were locked between carriers. At one time I was ready to give up, but not Aja. She was focused, patient, organized and determined to help me. I would like to thank Aja for her dedication and professionalism. Her dedication is truly amazing customer service and a real asset to T-Mobile.

Horrible customer service all the agents are on Thier phones and are not helpful at all!!! I asked for Wi-Fi to update my phone and the rep said it doesn’t work how are they promoting Wi-Fi products but don’t have any speed!!!! I would suggest going elsewhere and fire this entire staff!

Overpriced, no specials or deals available. To get a good deal call a representative from Sprint or Tmobile's corporate online website and you will actually be offered a good deal. In-store they do not care how long you have been a customer or if you always paid your phone bill on time, they will still charge you full price for a new phone. It is different if you call corporate. Again, call the district stores to actually get a fair price on a new cell phone. Never believe promotional deals offered in-store because they always change or always have a catch/limitations.

I was provided great service on an upgrade and this location was actually willing to assist former Sprint clients. Half the other TMobiles I have gone to always say they can help Sprint customers or there tablets are down for Sprint.

If they can't make commission off of you they drag their asses to help you! They hide in the back while there is a line waiting. Hands down do not recommend this store. ZERO stars if I could.
