I went into this T-Mobile store for assistance switching my service, and new phone from one provider to theirs. After being greeted I felt like an unwelcomed visitor! Absolutely no assistance given!I explained that I was a new customer with a new phone. The representative did not even look at my phones, nor look me up in their system; the most the representative told me was to call customer service. I think I could have gotten more assistance from a different provider's representative at their store.Totally disappointed. I felt like I made the wrong decision switching to T-Mobile with the lack of service I was given! I believe the representative just wanted to get back to being on their phone, rather than working and providing good customer service !

Today i began my phone service with T-Mobile. Christian waited on me and he was fabulous! He answered all my questions, he was patient and professional. I’m elderly and he treated me with so much respect, Iam very impressed! He needs a raise and should be recognized!Thank you Christian in Atascocita!

Great customer service and Jessica was great! Very happy with our phones and plans. Porting in from another carrier worked out great. I got an itemized receipt and was explained all the charges up front. She even stayed with us to finish everything out after they closed. I’m happy.

Worse customer service! Waited a few minutes as I walked in at the same time as another customer. Associate never once acknowledged I was there while helping the other customer. There was other staff in the back but none came out. When other customer left, he waited and then finally came to ask what I needed. I explained and he said that if the online Tmobile technicians couldn’t help, he couldn’t either. This is the worst experience ever. There is no point in having Tmobile stores with this type of people working there.

This place will not see my business again. They completely treated me like I was brand new after being pushed over from Sprint to T-Mobile I was with Sprint almost 20 years before the merger and was told I would be grandfathered in. So I thought. I thought I would be treated right but no I wasn't. I left T-moblie. I will not say where I went but let's say I got the treatment I deserved. One last thing... You would think with all the towers they have now with both Sprint and T-Mobile combined,you think you would have hella service. WRONG!!!!! SO LONG T-MOBILE.

Place is amazing! I could spend a month looking at everything. Go late in the morning. A lot of the booths don't open till then! Wear comfortable shoes. Make a list of what your looking for and TRY to stick to itThere are places to buy. Food everywhere and bathrooms so don't panic. Offer them a little less than their posted price they love to haggle! That's half the fun!

I was recently assisted at this location and wanted to give a shoutout to Michelle. She was incredibly helpful and friendly during my time there. She answered any questions or concerns I had with my mobile plan and made the entire process much easier compared to my other experiences with previous providers!

I was given accessories by the sales person Angie, which I was told they were free and a month later I get charged almost $150 (financing)for just the screen protector and case and power adapter. I called to talk to our sales person about it and the assistant manager Monica said she was sick and they didn’t know when she will be back to work. Monica stated she could not help me. The next day I went to the store and she is there. Manager Vicky took 30 minutes to come out her office when there was no customers in the store. I was not offered an apology for the sales person lying about accessories being free. They couldn’t do anything to assist. Manager Vicky suggested I return the accessories to get credit back. Accessories that have been used for 1 month. I return a cracked screen protector, and the rest of the accessories. I will not be returning to this store. Sales people lie to customers to get commission.

I was there yesterday to upgrade my phone for my work before noon and a girl in a hoddie was very short with convincing, didn't care if I had the money to upgrade, and was giving me no direction where to go on a work phone. She dropped my phone on the table trying to take it out and was quite the entire transaction. I was trying to be very nice and make conversations but nothing in response. 2 stars

Worst costumer services ever from T-Mobile store. Angie needs more training and more information. Never comeback to this store. Stay away if you need to buy something, try online or by phone much better, they don't waste your time like this store.

Called ahead to verify they could take back my internet device, 3rd time trying to return the device to T-Mobile after I canceled their crummy service. After driving 45 minutes to get there they said they could not take it back because I cancelled my account the whole reason I needed to return it. Also found T-Mobile had setup an unauthorized account under my last name and social with different first name.

I just checked out of this establishment. We came to activate our post-paid lines. The lady is not only rude, with little ethics. Rather, I asked her for her name, and she did not give it to me, in order to make the respective claim. We called customer service from there to make the post-payment activation debit and the staff on the call asked to speak to the lady to explain that we are not going to pay twice, to which she replied that she had nothing to talk about with him. Imagine yourself with your same coworkers. What remains for customer service. From now on I prefer to go a little further to another store than to have this bad treatment again.
