Amazing hotel! Great location near lots of shops and restaurants and the movie theater is walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and social hours are an added bonus. There's even on-site security to prevent car break ins which has been happening a lot in Houston hotels. This will be my choice of hotel anytime I come back into town.

Straight shot to Busch Intercontinental airport about 10 mins out early morning hours. Extremely friendly staff, very comfortable beds. It was commented that this was an older hotel, the upkeep is phenomenal, and I have seen newer hotels in worse shape. Well done, and I will be looking for more Staybridge Suites for any extended stay. Thank you to the staff.

Recently stayed here while getting repairs done to our home and the staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers were so accommodating and friendly. They provided full breakfast with a variety of dietary needs in mind as well.

I had to stay here for months while my home was repaired from a hurricane. The ENTIRE staff showed nothing but kindness and compassion to both me and my dog.

Everything about the stay was fantastic!
The front desk staff and housekeeping was friendly when I arrived and throughout my whole stay.
Rooms were very clean and all of the amenities were working great!
Breakfast was great every single day!
And I felt very safe staying there with the Patrol unit that goes around the hotel.
Would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return here when I visit Houston again!

I called them many times to get my receipt for the payment that I made in the hotel but that never happened… never recieved a receipt and when I calied for help I was not helped at all.

I have been staying at this hotel for close to 5 months and I truly appreciate Kelly. She is very personable. She has a very pleasant personality. She makes you feel welcome when you come into the hotel. When I have mail, she let's me know without me asking. I wish they had more pleasant workers as Kelly.

Hotel manager by the name of Christine was extremely unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me when I had a legitimate concern and would only respond through email. Will never give them service ever again

Great place to stay. It's clean and the service is phenomenal here. 114.00 per night so it's very expensive.

This is an older property that you can tell has been truly cared for. The staff here are amazing, and the rooms are huge. Highly recommend
