I have to say this property is the best facility by far, and the GM Kenya is absolutely amazing and handles her property very well. The facility is extremely clean and she is very helpful in all situations. If you are looking for a great place to store this is you facility go see Ms Kenya and she will take care of you.

Was referred to Cubesmart by a friend. Very easy transaction. Easy to enter and exit. Very secure. Facility is clean. Storage unit temperature was perfect for keeping my items in good condition. Highly recommend!

They raise prices as they see fit. My last increase was 27%. Totally unacceptable- been a customer there for 7 years and I’ve had enough with their antics. Suggest people look elsewhere for their storage needs.

Very nice and clean storage facility! However, they increase rates on a continuous basis! I have been there for approximately three years and they have increased at least twice a year over that period of time! After this last increase, I made the decision to move out!

The manager at cube smart is very communicative and understanding, very helpful and she definitely made the process understandable and quick. I would definitely recommend!!!UPDATE: I called to change my payment date , which Kenya had told me could be changed whenever and when I did she said she had done it. Well…I kept getting notifications that it’s past due and when I call I’m told by Wendy that it wasn’t properly done or explained to me. I’m supposed to leave out the country and this is the location I’m trusting with not only my belongings but my family’s as well and Kenya the supposed manager has already misinformed me twice on two different occasions. I don’t understand what is so hard about telling me once you want the date to be moved you have a prorated rate to lock it in. The first time she misinformed me was about the price I signed the unit for and she ended up taking the blame that it was a misunderstanding!!! How does this fall on me. As a manager she needs to communicate better, instead of hanging the phone up on a customer she’s not done talking to. I’m extremely upset and disappointed.
