This network is slower than 3G I have the latest 5G service and the IPhone 15 Pro Max and I'm really thinking about just walking away and going anywhere that can give me consistent 4G or better.. 5G would be great but I just want service that works 80% of the time...

Everything I come to the 9550 Humble T-mobile store it's always a great experience.Staff address you immediately and respond to serve you in a timely manner. They have excellent customer service skills. The technicans are very seasoned in resolving your cell problems. This T-Mobile provides excellent service for the North, West, and East side of town. In my opinion, the Humble T-Mobile deserves a 5 star rating. Rep Facundo was personable with outstandingcustomer skills and resolved by technical concerns. He made my day. I always recommend Humble T-Mobile for technical issues resolution.

Was told new store policy put into effect by the store manager was that they cannot tell you over the phone whether there is inventory available of a particular phone. Other stores provided me their inventory availability. Will not use this store location ever again.

Great service,Thanks to Ana the CSR, I received excellent service and support that exceeded my expectations.I came in for 5G Home Internet service. It was a quick in and out with full setup of the device at the store.Fully recommend this store.

Worst customer service. Andrew has horrible customer service and poorly represents TMobile. He speaks to people disrespectfully and then hides behind other employees. After nearly 20 years with TMobile, I canceled service because of him.

Valerie was sooooo awesome. I walked in needing help with the bubble notification and she was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. I so appreciate her patience and understanding to help me. She was so attentive to my concerns. Her determination and tenacity went a long way with me. Girl Power!!!

Bad customer service!! Went in to purchase a new phone, by accident gave the rep my expired ID he was rude about it, stating with out it he couldn’t do anything… So I was like you can’t help me… No worries I’ll go to another T-Mobile where they can help me and give them their commission… Work on better customer service…. Don’t just cut someone off like that….

T-Mobile overall is Trash! Been going back and forth with them for over a week trying to get my warranty phone and yet still no phone. Avoid Jorge M at all cost if you want to have somewhat of a professional experience. Being condescending to a customer is never a good look especially when the issue is solely T-Mobile’s. Waiting to see what happens being that I was told that I would be kept update on the escalation, but of course nothing.

I've been sitting in there for 30 minutes and they took everyone else's name but mine, skipped me and helped the ones that came in after me, still was patiently waiting and they took another customer that came after the one they helped after them, mind you, I came in way before those customers that they helped?♀️ Do better T-mobil??♀️?♀️ I wouldn't rate it anything but to put a review you gotta rate, I give this place a negative star?

Was placed on hold to "finish helping another customer"......arrived at store to find doors closed & locked with no one in sight.So, the closing checklist doesn't include checking the phones to make sure no one was left on hold and all customers have been assisted prior to leaving? SMH

As soon as we walked in Jorge Miguel a mobile expert helped us. He was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond. We are so happy we had him to help us switch from ATT to T-Mobile. Thank you Jorge!

Very slow,service waiting hours to get a new phone updated. And no bathrooms for paying customers When I traded in my old phone,they kept my old phone and told me to come back in the morning. My old phone had all my personal info,job info,bank info etc.I felt very uncomfortable leaving my phone with these people. The two girls in the store were only concerned with going home. Because it was near closing. Needless to say it took all day for them to update my phone.I had no phone all day and I really needed work. Never again will I go to this store for my phone needs.And I'm a 24 year Sprint T-Mobile customer. If I could give zero stars for this location I would.
