I came here to upgrade my phone after my family has been a customer for many years. We went through the entire process and I even bought a new case and screen protector from them (the iPhone 15 GOTO TEMP GLASS). This screen protector was $40, so never would I imagine it would literally break after only 48 hours of use of just being in my pocket (haven’t even dropped it). I get if it’s been weeks or months but mere days??? I already have apple care, so paying $20 a month for more phone insurance doesn’t make sense, especially when I was under the impression I was buying a reputable product that t-mobile is endorsing. I also believed it likely that a $40 screen protector would have manufacturer’s warranty, but upon calling them they basically told me I was out of luck and were smug in how I should have bought their expensive insurance. Yeah, I see how I should have bought insurance considering they sell faulty products that ultimately scam people. The employees mentioned I may be able to talk to a manager, however they weren’t in on both times called nor did this manager attempt to reach out to help offer assistance. Overall am incredibly disappointed with the customer service of this company and location towards people who have been customers for 10+ years. AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS AND THIS LOCATION.

I had a great experience at this T-Mobile. As soon as my family and I walked in, we were greeted by Charles. He helped me with the entire process of getting two new phones and adding a line. He was very patient when I was indecisive on what phone to pick and gave me the best comparsions and great options. I did not feel rushed or like I was pressured into buying something that I did not want. Charles even gave me the best information on what promos were available. I definitely recommend asking for Charles if you visit this location.

I called today to inquire about in store stock when the associate named Joceline, claiming to be a manager, was unprofessional and rude. I asked if there was a specific phone in stock and she said “if it does not show it online we don’t have it” with a condescending tone. I asked again if she could check and see what colors she could have available for an in-store purchase. She said “I’m with a customer so aren’t going to stop helping them to go check for you”. I asked her for her name she said “for what” again I asked for her name she said she was not going to give it to me and hung up.I called the customer service line and Jennifer was very understanding and helpful.I understand people having a bad day or store levels being busy but it was completely unacceptable to be treated in this way. I wanted to make a purchase and get ahead to make it a faster process in store but the disrespectfully and unprofessional customer service “supervisor” really shocked me.

No help. Just want to upgrade an already existing line. Nope……..you gotta tell them no for about 15 times. Then they want to hit you with a $30+ fee to buy a phone.Just call the 1800 #

Wonderful experience at the Wilson location. Recently went in to upgrade my phone and I truly felt like a valued customer. Jackie made sure all my questions were answered and I took advantage of the trade in promo on my new device and walked out with new AirPods I didn’t know could be added to my bill :) Highly recommend! Thank you Jackie for all your help

Just ordered my new iphones and am very impressed with the customer service i received. I just switched from another cell company and am excited to be with Tmobile thanks to Jalynn. The process was quick and easy and am eager to receive our new phones. Definetly recommend!!

Walked out of there with devices I wanted, but the agent completely messed up my account by adding lines. Spent more than an hour & 22 mins with c.s. to fix her mistake, which should have been an upgrade versus new lines. BEWARE with JAYLENN!!!!!

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Sarah and her team.She did a phenomenal job and made sure everyone was getting help and provided great customer service. This woman can multi-task and always ask how we are doing.Definitely would come back..
