Been to several Take 5 locations to have oil changed. This particular location in Humble is by far the worst. Employees are unprofessional. Guy under the car just mouthing off because I chose not to get an air cleaner. They only checked fluids under hood.didnt bother to check tire pressure or even show the dipstick showing it was at proper level after filling. I would avoid this location at all possible. West side of Humble on 1960.

They seemed very rushed. Didn’t even check my tire pressure. Workers were playing around with each other the whole time, Not to mention one of them kept saying the N word.. this location has gone downhill

Had to bring my car back, because it was leaking oil. Customer service with the manager was great, he was able to fix the problem. I don't know about the rest of the crew starting with Theo no customer service skills at all, Antonio, Steven, Matt, and Maria did our oil change and didn't communicate with me about my car leaking oil or needing a new oil pan.

Literally the most ghetto place I’ve ever been !! The employees seemed to have no idea how to do an oil change, throwing tools, cursing at one another all the above I DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK
