2 days ago m and my friend stopped by to buy a key fob. I drove up and as soon as I did a lovely women named Melissa Wilson walked out and asked me how she could help me. I was in a rush and so many things were going on of course it’s a dealership. lol so I didn’t know which way to turn. Also I’m a heavier person with leg issues. I’m so glad that Melissa told me to stay put in my car and she ran and grabbed the key for me brought me my receipt. I almost cried lol. I was so thankful! ❤️ good job hiring compassionate and understanding employees Texan Dodge ❤️ (btw sorry I don’t know exactly what Melissa’s position was but I did get to read her name on her tag lol)

FIRST if reading this DO NOT take your car to TEXAN DODGE. No matter how desperate you are. We scheduled a drop off and met by Aaron. Discussed what was happening and in 2 minutes gave us a quote of OVER 3,000 WITHOUT even doing a diagnostic on the Durango or seeing the car. As a business owner I told him that’s is not how it goes. He advised me there was a fee for them to goes towards the repair cost. We obliged. Told him to Get the actual techs not himself to take a look at it and reach back out to us. 1 week later NO CALL NO CONTACT. We call and the car hasn’t even been looked at whatsoever. Good luck getting any phone calls whatsoever. Another week passes by and we get a video from an actual tech describing what he found. Found Chewed wire from possible rodent. Said great what’s next? Well we’re actually going to need an ADDITIONAL 500$ to “really” see what going on. I said are you kidding me 2 weeks to see pass I obliged to the service fee to check it out and now you need 500$ for what you guys said was included in the service charge. Long story short lol I told them to get the car ready for us to pick up as they obviously can’t understand what customer courtesy looks like and being an honest company. In addition we had them replace the inlet/gas cap. Provided them with our own part we had previously ordered from them to install. We pick up the car and the cap is wide open WITHOUT the black fascia of the gas cap also broke one of the parts and handed the car straight to us as if wouldn’t notice. Told us oh no you guys never had it! Luckily we took pictures of it. ONE recommendation I tell anyone who is considering taking it here is to TAKE AS MANY PICTURES AS POSSIBLE. FAST FOWARD we take the Durango to Demontrond FORD in Cleveland and they only charged us ONLY 120$ for the 3,000 repair TEXAN DODGE tried to scam us out of. ALSO received the vehicle back in 1 1/2 days with All issues taken care of! STAY AWAY FROM TEXAN DODGE UNLESS you’d like to pay the HIGHEST PRICE for the LOWEST QUALITY SERVICE AND REPAIRS! They are absolutely the worst place to go!

I know car dealerships have a bad reputation but wow, this place sets the record for worst experience I’ve had at with a dealership…Spoke with three different people across multiple departments and got told three different things from each of them regarding part under warranty. Called Jeep directly (as two of the three people we spoke to on the phone said) and took what Jeep said when we went in person only for the worker to tell us that everyone we spoke to at their dealership was wrong AND JEEP was wrong, and that what they were saying was right. If I had to guess from my experience there, their salary is based on how many times they can change their story. I would give zero stars if Google reviews would let me. UPDATE: Go about 25 minutes north to Martin CDJR in Cleveland, the people are 50x more polite and they got our issue taken care of BASED ON WHAT JEEP SAID.

Do not take your vehicle to them for anything I purchased my car from them and I was told for them to tell me what wrong with my car they would have to keep my car for 2 days and there isn’t a option for a loaner car as if people don’t have Jobs that still go on. Then they offer a rental that you pay for out of pocket but you have a slim to none chance of getting one because they are always out. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP YOU WILL BE LEFT TO FIGURE IT OUT ON YOUR OWN?????

Quick sales process, to the point. Will definitely buy from them again.
Horrible service center experience. My 2022 Ram with 39,000 miles won’t start, no big deal. Had it towed to service department, after four days they get around to diagnostics, I’m informed the starter went out and they can order the starter but it’s five days out. Frustrated that a starter is out on a relatively new/low mileage vehicle and that the repair would cost $1100 (for a $180 oem part) the unacceptable issue is that my truck will have to be out of commission for two weeks for a common issue with an easy fix.

Purchased a used dually Saturday afternoon, low miles and fair price. Process was super simple and easy. Devonte did an excellent job in making sure everything was properly taken care of, while still helping others as well. Picked up the truck today, couldn’t be happier with it!

Best experience ever! My salesman, Samuel Dawson was excellent and kept it real and honest through out the whole day! It was my first time buying a new Ram 1500 and Samuel made it so easy and real. Samuel built that trust with us and he was there to help us in anyway. We went to a lot of different dealership in the Houston area but this by far was the best one!!!! Definitely will be back in a few years for a 2500!
Samuel never leaves your side even when you walk out the dealership with your new vehicle. Years later he is still there to help any way he possibly can! This dealership also has a great sales and services team! By far the best service in a dealership I have received even after the purchase! 10/10!!!!! Definitely go to this dealership and ask for Samuel you will NOT regret it! Will definitely go back here for a new trade in! Best sales and service team!

Me and my wife had a great experience with the work done to my vehicle, while I was there I wanted to look at the newer model trucks, I had a chance to speak with sales consultant Samuel Dawson, he gave us a great experience in what I was looking for and provided great feedback. I honestly don’t always refer anyone to any particular person when it comes to where you do business, but I highly recommend anyone looking to find a vehicle, Mr Dawson is who I would recommend for a legit sales consultant, he was very honest and easy to work with, he’ll definitely get my future business.
