Horrible service took my vehicle to get lower control arms fixed brake pads e brake rotors the works called me to pick vehicle up when I get there car want drive breaks locked up was told now you need abs control module if you done a diagnostic how did you miss that how is my car ready but I can’t drive it defeats the whole purpose me putting it in the shop wouldn’t let me test drive it to make sure everything was fixed instead got really rude the lady Gloria and Juan or bad business act like they can’t understand English but understood when they wanted my payment as a result I end up calling police in order for them to give me my car very bad business the reason they didn’t want to test drive because they knew the breaks where locking up so I’m still stuck with problem I originally put car in shop for don’t recommend this place at all not even if in desperate situation ?????????????

18 year resident of the area. And was aware long ago about them. Stupid me. I’m said. This is easy and simple and it’s been like 8 years. I literally bring the printout from the master shop that performed a thorough inspection. Came to him and said. Juan all I need is 1,2,3 as indicated. I even brought the parts. He said I will have it ready by close. That was at 1pm on Saturday September 7th. He calls me at 6:45 pm saying it has another issue. I say that’s funny I paid for a detailed review and this shop is state of the art with all the right equipment. No need to not trust the printout they gave me. Now he is saying compressor has a problem. Plot twist. Compressor is new. So now he trying to get another 400 out of me plus parts. Nope!!!
So I agree don’t go here. He should not be in business. BBB and all public sites need to be made aware.
I repeat. Don’t go here

I’ve used this shop many times in previous years.I brought my truck in last year to get brakes rotors done. On the receipt it states 2 year warranty for rotors and lifetime for brakes. Not even 1 year later I’m having to change brakes and rotors. I call give all the info service needed vehicle type and mention the warranty. I was quoted 100 for labor over the phone get there they didn’t want to honor the price giving over the phone. Then I’m told the warranty is automatically voided because the brakes and rotors are touching. Now I’m a car expert but I’m pretty sure that doesn’t happen like that to back rotors especially after only having to change back rotors one time after having the vehicle for years. I was told they use quality parts but that’s impossible. Please don’t waste your time going here. The service is horrible and it’s a scam.

I came here a long time ago when I was in my teens. I didnt know about cars at the time. I just wanted an alignment because I was replacing tires all the time. They ignored me and kept taking customers before me and i sat in their office for hours. They finally looked at my car and gave me a $2000 quote of parts that need to be fixed.

0 STARS!! Horrible horrible horrible business!! Do NOT bring your car here.. they are a bunch of scammers.. they will tell you a cheap price when you first come and then come back later with a much higher price once they take your car apart! They refused to put my car back together once I told them I couldn’t pay for the higher price they quoted! I Called the cops because they wouldn’t speak to me or give my car back. The cop said he had a bad experience with them as well but it was nothing he could do! When the car was done being worked on these people refused to provide a quote or itemized list of any work that was done on my car until after I paid.. hung up in my face multiple times and ignored me when I tried to talk to them!! I had no choice but to pay to get my car away from this place!! do NOT bring your car here or you will be SCAMMED!!

Do not take your CAR to this place. Used to have good service, but now it is a scam place. Quoted me 1 price to put on a belt and then after they couldn't put the belt on bypassing the condensor, they wanted to still charge me and then charge $600 in labor if I bought the condensor. I ended up paying $300 to get my car back and they only put 1 tention pully on. This place is a Rip off and I will never use them again. Bad customer Service as well.

Took my wife's car here and was told that it would be about $700-800 for the labor. Every time I came to check on the car the price kept going up saying it needed this and that. I bought my own parts since they want to order them and charge me double the price plus labor. Then all of a sudden there is a leak that wasn't there before I was charged and they was supposed to fix it. $1650 for bad work because the car is still leaking and that was not an issue when I took the car in. The wife took $50 off then came back and said I needed to pay for a can of fluid that they purchased.I had bought my own cans and took them there and they caused the leak so I had to pay for their mistakes. Then when I refused to pay the $50 after my receipt was already printed and I paid the $1600 the wife was saying I couldn't take my car and stated that they would hold my car until I paid $50. A complete rip off and waste of money DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE..BEWARE!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS..
