Visiting from Chicago and decided to stop in for a smoke. Ended up going twice in two days. Would come back to the Houston area just to visit again

First time customer visiting this location. First impression, a smile and friendly attitude goes a long way (Santos) My visit was unwelcoming. Although, my partner wanted to stay and smoke in the lounge we decided to leave after purchasing our cigars.We are new to the area, frequent cigar lounges often, but never felt the unfriendly vibe from staff.

Maybe I came in on a bad day. My first time visiting at Top 10 Cigars & the most unwelcoming visit. Had intentions on making a large purchase, but opted out & purchased 2 cigars & left.
