I'm not a makeup person. Despite that, I was greeted with Robert who was the best! He made me feel comfortable & educated me. He didn't try to "sell' me & seemed actually caring about what I wanted to achieve. I feel great about my purchases and glad I found him

The cashiers are SO rude every time I come haha. Just genuinely acting like they don’t want to be there and make me feel so out of place. I’ve asked for help finding a specific product before and had someone look annoyed and just point instead of walking me to where it was, so I had to ask a second person. I also once asked someone which mascara is better between two that I was debating between and she said “it’s up to you I don’t know” and then walked away. Genuinely, save the gas and order online or take a trip to a different location.

I avoid this location, went in the store with my boyfriend was color matching myself when an employee with purple hair tall white female came asking if I needed help I said no thank you but she proceeded to try to flirt with my boyfriend by complementing him in front of me it made and my boyfriend feel uncomfortable so we left . Very inappropriate behavior for someone who’s at a work environment. Also not to mention but the security guard be doing to much why can’t shoppers shop in peace he kept coming back and foward multiple times another reason why we left

Horrible staff with rude attitude and wouldn’t help with anything I asked for and heard manger complaining about customers in front of the customers.Unfortunately that was my always go to store because it was convenient for how close it was.

Great experience for most part 2 sales ppl just shrugged me off but the one that immediately jumped into assisting me without looking dumbfounded. I appreciate you my dear her name was Johnan or something like that I feel horrible I forgot name but won't forget her face. Thanks for the samples of face wash and acne spot treatment.

For awhile I refused to go to Ulta for my highlights, but after yesterday, I’m definitely going back! I found my stylist, Jessica Z she did exactly what I wanted, and refused to let me leave without a cute style! Jessica thank you for taking the time to take care of me!

If you ever need help with your makeup needs then ask for Carmen, she is an absolute angel. She was so very kind and helpful with my started kit, for context I don’t know anything about makeup, but Miss Carmen? Oh she was on it and was quick to help me. She was so very precise in color matching and was able to accommodate my budget with amazing products. I was very nervous and intimidated with all the products but Miss Carmen was quick to reassure me and was able to walk me through step by step with every product. To the Ulta management team, please give Carmen a raise and promotion for her excellent customer service and astounding knowledge in all things makeup!

I like Ulta, and I am a member, I like to accumulate points as well. In this exact store they don't care about your membership. Even if I put my phone number myself, they do not verify my name, so I never see my purchases under my account, which is upsetting. All three girls at the check out counter were too busy discussing whether they will go to Sturbucks for lunch.I clicked "email receipt", but I never got an email, and I have no paper receipt, as well as nothing online, I'm pissed. I bought $130 worth of stuff and it's like it never happened.Update: I contacted Ulta customer service, they found my purchase based on my credit card charge, it was indeed on someone else's Ulta number, they couldn't transfer it to my Ulta account, but at least they gave me points.
