I gave 1 star because minutes are not possible.
I waited in line for copies and while Hamzaa was not done completing my order he allowed another. customer to rudely interrupt and address his issue as if I was no longer there. When I questioned it he handed me off to another staff dismissively.
This was the first example of customer service I've been subjected to in a long time.

I was dropping a small box to be returned but didn’t realize it needed to be packaged (nowadays I’m so used to Amazon returns); I didn’t have the original packaging with me, but Hamza said he would take care of it for me. This is what i call top notch customer service, thank you Hamza and UPS Store!
