They move the lines. The team there is never idle or preoccupied. What more do you need! I won’t stand in line at usps and fedex doesn’t make it easy.

The employee Jason was very friendly and helpful. I had a couple questions about my return and he knew all of the answers. Even when the line got long he maintained his kind professionalism and assisted me in successfully completing my return. He also informed me about some promotions the store was having. I had an excellent experience and would recommend this location to others.

The management and employees here are always the absolute worst! Jeeeez, always so grumpy and going out of their way to make our lives more difficult. There hasn’t been one time I left this location feeling accomplished. Went for a notary a few months ago and was able to do it fine, went again today and Jason informed me there has to be an extra page for me to be able to get something notarized? Instructed me to “go home and google ‘notary pages’ then bring it back so we can get this notarized” ???? Literally never heard of that before. Went to get it done at a bank and got it done in a minute. This location is always a nightmare. Do better!

The folks working there are extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service is as rapid as can be, considering the volume of material being brought in to ship. My Amazon return took less than 1minute to process!
