Lazy girl there on 7-21-25 @ 11 am didn't want to bill the account that I had and turned me away. She said she couldn't do it. I went to the other UPS store 10 mins away and they did it with no problem.

I came in the other day to ship some shoes and the employee that help me Seem kind of sketchy as I should have went with my gut I should’ve kept the shoes and went through FedEx. But when my son received the package, the box was empty, and my shoes were gone the young woman that works there. I know she took my shoes and sent an empty box out.
