My husband and I have been traveling and stopped by here on a long layover to ship some items home. We came in with luggage to box up and my husband wanted to send his computer home. Luis was so helpful and patient with all of our questions and trying out different boxes. We had a ton of clothes and misc. items to send back. We are so happy to report everything arrived in perfect condition, including the laptop that Luis himself packaged up. Thanks so much for making it easy for us! Great location near IAH if you need to ship something back home.

Literally walked in with an open box and a label. In 30 seconds, they hand a receipt and tell me they’ll close the box and add the label. No charge. I was shocked. I expected to pay a nominal fee for their troubles. 5/5

Came to this location for notary services, quick and easy and even scanned and forwarded documents to my email for me, so I could have color electronic copies. Great customer service and I would recommend. There was a line when I went, but it moved quickly so no complaints.

They stole my Nike shoes when I shipped it through them, had a return and Nike never got my shoes in the box! UPS refused to compensate even though someone from their facility has my shoes and Nike said no shoes no refund , don’t ship from here

Had a great experience at this store, Gilbert was able to make me laugh with his amazing personality, I wasn’t having a good day, but the vibe at this store changed that and made me smile. It was busy but he got us in an out. Great work

Went in yesterday morning before work, and I have to say, I had an excellent experience, the staff member was very polite and helped me when I didn’t know what I was doing. Gilbert I believe his name is, even though he was busy and seemed like everyone in humble was there, he took the time to still help and old man. I will be back and this will be my go to store for all my Amazon returns. Than you for being kind! Keep it up.

Eureka, what a great find! After having breakfast at a nearby restaurant located about 12 miles from my home and needing to make a package return. I had the pleasure of walking in and efficiently being served by Gilbert, a pleasant young man with a smile and swift service.After the pandemic, the Amazon driver knows my name, and the UPS store nearest me usually has a line out of the door..so I hold my returns until I can make the trip here to see my Customer service award winner, Gilbert. Great job, keep up the good work.

I could not believe the service or lack of service I received today at UPS. When I walked in I asked the person behind the register who said his name was Michael do I come to him or the computer? He stated that I needed to go to the computer and pull up the label. When asked did I need my credit card to use the computer, he advised me that I would and to follow the instructions on the left. Anytime I had a question because I never had to do this before he was very rude. He had no patience and no customer service skills. When I went to print I was not sure if it printed behind the desk with him or somewhere else. He told me to look behind me and pay attention. When I printed the label the whole thing did not print. He then told me that I had a QR code I didn’t need to print and he tried to reprimand me like a child. I advised him that he should have said if I had a QR code to come to him and if I have a label I would then use the computer. He then told me I was a grown up and that I should know how this worked. He was very confrontational and rude. He went word for word with me. I could not believe it. I would recommend that if you need anything from UPS you go to a different location.
