Went today during lunch hour… so slow… wasted my whole lunch and my return label said the post office can help me print it but this lady says she can’t. Something ain’t adding up

The worst customer service ever. Rude and unprofessional. They don't want to give you your mail...they hold it like its in jail even after you show proof.

Professional and courteous staff. They are always so helpful and have answered many of my questions. I have sent hundreds of packages out of this location alone and it is probably the best of the 5 Houston area Post Offices I tend to frequent.
