“Took my niece and her bestie to this location that they absolutely love! The only gripe is that the phone reception is horrible once in the facility. However it does force you to just be in the moment with your kids instead of in the phone. I loved that they have massage chairs for the adults…you get 20 minutes for just $5.00. Lots of activities for the kiddos to enjoy!! Descent snack bar and they also sell limited alcoholic beverages. The manager on duty was kind as so we’re all the employees we interacted with! We loved that they had unlimited time in the center for only $25.00! Amazing deal!”

“After having a long day of flight cancellations and delays my family and I had to make an overnight stay here in Houston last minute. Kelvin at the front desk got us a shuttle over to the hotel and got us in a room right away. He even hooked us up with a shuttle ride to grab some food right down the road. Excellent customer service!”
“Had MY sixth birthday here, and had my son’s third birthday there. Had the same great nostalgic feeling as when we were there as kids. Don’t change anything. ??????”

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a hotel near Bush International Airport. For me, I was in town on business and it’s somewhat off of the beaten path so it wasn’t convenient at all. I only rated 4 stars due to location.”
