“After having a long day of flight cancellations and delays my family and I had to make an overnight stay here in Houston last minute. Kelvin at the front desk got us a shuttle over to the hotel and got us in a room right away. He even hooked us up with a shuttle ride to grab some food right down the road. Excellent customer service!”
“My family had a repast at this facility. It's a nice facility for any kind of gathering I think. They seem to have some kind of kitchen, it's nicely decorated and would do well for a reception or wedding or something I think. I was just a guest so I don't know how anything went with the ownership or MGMT, pricing, or anything else. But it's a nice venue. Make sure they turn them ceiling fans on tho, it get warm in there quick!”

“Grand Royal Venue in Humble is honestly such a beautiful place to work at. One of my favorite parts is the outdoor ceremony space — it has a really nice open feel, but still feels intimate and special for the couple. It gives vendors plenty of room to create gorgeous ceremony setups, and everything just comes together so naturally in that space.
The lighting outside at night is a huge plus. Once the sun goes down, the lights give the venue a warm, romantic glow that makes the whole atmosphere feel magical. It looks amazing in photos and videos, and it really helps elevate the overall experience for guests.
From a vendor’s perspective, it’s an easy venue to work with, well organized, and perfect for creating elegant and memorable events. Definitely a place I enjoy coming back to.”

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a hotel near Bush International Airport. For me, I was in town on business and it’s somewhat off of the beaten path so it wasn’t convenient at all. I only rated 4 stars due to location.”

During setup, Brandon was there to ensure everything was in order and ready for the event. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the process stress-free.
Many of our guests commented on how easy the venue was to find and how convenient the location was. Overall, it was a great place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we had a very positive experience. Highly recommended!”
