Nikki the sales representative does not know her products at all. And very disrespectful to the customers. Said she had a certain product in stock and I even asked twice cause of the two different types of products and she said for sure she does. She did not in-fact not have a the product in stock just and lower version than the one I wanted. On top of that the manager asks me to leave instead of correcting the sales person.

I walked in with a technical issue. Verizon customer service on the app accidentally deleted my eSIM after trying through 4 people online, I gave up and went to the closest store to me. They had me in and out with a working phone in 10mins, no charge! Great service, very friendly and helpful.

I had to talk the store manager to explain the treatment when a caller have a questions. I stand up for people with disabilities. We just want to be treated equally. Thanks store manager for letting me stand up for people with disabilities. May this be a teaching moment for the store to realize people have many disabilities. We love, and just want to live a peaceful life.

"I visited the location tonight and inquired about a split payment. The young man I spoke with mentioned he hasn't encountered that situation before and couldn't provide guidance. I'm facing challenges and found his response unhelpful. Can you please address this matter and provide assistance with a more experienced representative? Thank you."

On 15OCT2023, I visited the store to inquire about a watch. I had previously gathered information from Josh at Verizon’s Online Customer Sales. However, when I consulted with Noel, I received conflicting information. Noel advised me, and I quote, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years”. Let it be known, longevity doesn't always equate to quality or correctness. Concerned, I reached out to Valerie, the Manager. To my disappointment, Valerie seemed disinterested, constantly checking her device, and barely making eye contact. This experience left me feeling uncertain about the store's competence.

I did not catch the employees name but it was the guy with the gauges and nose piercings. The employee was unwilling to help because the wrong last name was listed on our account and denied to help us update it or give us instructions on how we can fix that issue. We ended up going to another location were they informed us that it wasn’t a real issue to begin with and there’s other actions that can be taken to so we can have access to our account. This was unprofessional and a bad example of customer service.
