I’ve been a customer of Verizon for many years (too many honestly) and every time I add a device it’s a problem. I never end up paying what they tell me my bill will be. Every time I have to call about it and not much is done. My last visit I got an Apple Watch. I didn’t need one but was told I had enough discounts on my account where I could get it for free. I asked about a million times if it would really be free and if I really only would be paying $5 a month for cellular service and no other monthly charges. Well you guessed it, six months later I’m stuck paying $25 a month for a watch that I really didn’t need (I already had an older model). Very dissatisfied and absolutely switching providers as soon as I can. It’s just always something and never how they say it’s going to be.

This is the worst Verizon store ever. The door is always locked, but there is no sign tell customers to ring the bell. I went back to my car and called Verizon because Google said they were open until 8:00 pm, the CSR said she would call the store and check for me, they should be open. I was parked right in front of the door, at any point an employee could have opened the door to let me know now they were open. Of course, that did not happen. The CSR informed me the door is always locked at this store so you have to ring the bell on the side of the door. This is the 2 time I been to this Verizon store, the last time I left without getting the help I needed, because I had no clue to ring the small, unmarked buzzer on the side of the door. I saw the buzzer, but figured it was for employees to get in after hours or before work.
After finally getting in, the two ladies behind the desk were rude and not very helpful. I needed a physical SIM card, for a phone that was activated the day before on a digital sim. They seemed bothered that I even asked a question. Then they wanted to charge me for a SIM card, when the lady the day before was putting it in free. I ended up leaving and driving a few miles away to a corporate Verizon store, where my problem was solved immediately. I will never waste my time going back to the Verizon store.

Good morning ☀️ , the customer service I receive today was so bad I don’t think ? I want another phone from Verizon , I spoke to 3 people and a manager , they all need to be retained on how to handle customers that are sending thousands of dollars with you all I have 5 lines so that should say something , the only thing I was calling in for is how to extend a payment the app from a business account, this is so sad on some many levels! I been dealing with them for some years now but I think I’m going to switch over to AT&T or Samsung ✌️The guy name is Tyler and Verizon the address is 9659 NorthSam Houston parkway E suite # 100 , this guy promise me that my bill would be $214.00 each month after the 1st one , then screwed me over with a $369.00 bill ever month , Damm

Went to Verizon last year turned in an $800 phone for them to only give me $112 credit. Where is the rest? This is ridiculous. Then I call and the lady is speaking constantly over me then hangs out because proceeds to say that I’m rude when it’s her and reality not listening.
