Madrid at the Atascocita location is the rudest, most condescending “manager” that I have ever encountered. He had an opportunity to turn a disappointed customer into a satisfied customer. I went for assistance with my new account consisting of 6 lines and his attitude was so poor that I cancelled my service before it even started. Madrid obviously doesn’t have the demeanor, attitude or interpersonal skills for customer interaction. Verizon would do well to provide him an opportunity to work in a non customer oriented field of employment.

I went in with an older damaged phone. Mentioned my protection plan and that if it wasn't able to be fixed I had a phone in mind. They helped me file the claim with my protection plan and did not try to sell me a new phone or accessories. How refreshing to work with honest genuine employees who want the best for their customers! Will definitely be back for my upgrade when I'm ready for a new phone!

This location has the worst customer service I've ever seen at a Verizon Wireless Store. Verizon use to have some of the best customer service representatives in the cellular phone industry, I just don't know what happened with this batch of representatives. They are all dressed in black streets clothes and standing around huddled up talking which is very unwelcoming and intimidating. They are rude and the security guy just sits there like a lump on a log. I would give this place a zero stars if i could. After the second visit and bad experience it will be my last I will drive an hour away if i have to to get better service.

We worked with Maria business account manager. She was excellent and very patient showing us how Verizon was ready to welcome our business to the family. We highly recommend this Verizon store over all!

Went into this Verizon they had a total of 4 agents 1 manager a lady, we came into the store she put us down and said it was two people ahead of us two of the agents were helping other people we waited so long the manager helped another customer than went to fix on some store display phones leaving us waiting one for 45 mins she than came over asked wat we needed told her she was rude not friendly she added a device to my account never explained anything gave me the phone n my hand and said have a great day.!! She didn’t ask me what plan I wanted she didn’t even put phone in a Verizon bag she was trying to get us out because it was almost 7 closing time, we made two trips to this store 5pm and we came back at 6 because we were advised to come back. The original agent we spoke with told us if we come back with the defective phone and box they could waive the restocking fee so we did that went to get it came back the agent that was helping us ran to back n never came back out I explained to her what he told us and she stated that that isn’t true and still charged me the fee even tho they website states if defective the fee would be waived she would not do anything… Also the phone she gave me she scanned wrong so I had no service from 7pm till 9am because she was careless.. so tech support had to do some things to get the imei number sim number n etc to activate the phone properly she didn’t even help us. I give this store 1 star due to there slow customer service and their leader doesn’t have the Verizon customer service oath very rude I felt judged and discriminated against it was the nastiest transaction I have ever encountered.!!

No surprised at the most recent negative comments about this store. I owed them a review from a few months back based on my experience. I wanted to first figure out the logic behind what happened with me so I did a little investigation. It turns out that some people have been able to obtain phones using other people's information and the stores are on high alert. The target group appears to be my race and skin color. So here I was walking into the store very casual (shorts, slides and socks). Apparently I fit the description of the "usual suspects" and so I was treated as such. Long story short, the one csr intervened in my transaction and ordered another csr to not complete my order. The other CSR lied to my face and told me I would "receive an email explaining why in 4 days". I called customer service, only to find out that my account was suspended because the store flagged me. I was now left with 4 Iphones and a suspended account. My monthly bill is $0.00 because the account is suspended. Did I call to have it reinstated? Absolutely not. I sold the phones on Facebook Market Place and they gonna have to keep it suspended. This is the price Verizon will pay for its ra**st and judgemental staff. The information used to open my account was mine. I could have provided multiple IDs and even my US passport as proof of idendity. But no, this one overzealous guy declared me persona non grata. Stop profiling people! It's disgusting.

Verizon has lost the excellent customer service that they were known for years. At least at this location. I will keep my AT&T phone.

I went into the store and was greeted by Madrid, a very polite and willing young man. I told him what I wanted ~ a tablet ~ and that I knew nothing about them. Madrid showed me several options and was very knowledgeable about each one. The only thing I was disappointed with was they didn't have the color I wanted in the 256GB iPad I chose. Oh well...Madrid was great!! He even got me a discount!! I'll be sure to go back to the store again.

This store has the rudest store no signs on the doors or windows stating the hours they're open and that's what I wanted to ask. They wouldn't acknowledge me. The security constable is a big lazy no talking dope. I got to the store and they were closed but staff were still in the store. I tapped on the window to get someone's attention and they wouldn't look up but shook their head no. The security came to the door, took his phone and tapped on his badge. What was that? Was he threatening me? I just wanted to ask a question and they treated me, a long time customer who pays her bills auto pay every month on time. I'm thinking of switching and I've never had problems with Verizon especially at that store.I was shocked. We go in there all the time and joke and kid with those guys. I couldn't believe I was treated that way. Needless to say, I'm not happy right now.

I purchased a new phone and iPad online, and I went into the store to pick it up. John was extremely helpful and patient with helping me set everything up. He also took the time to explain to me the accessories the store had available. I would definitely recommend visiting this location.

I just received my Galaxy S23 Ultra so I went to this Verizon store to get my number/account transferred to my new phone. I asked the "tech" if he could transfer my data from my old phone. He informed me that they charged $29 to perform this task. I bought my phone from Verizon and obviously have service with them but they can't provide a basic service for their customers without charging them. By the way, they use smart switch to transfer your data, the same app I would use if I transferred my data myself. So the tech started the process of setting up my phone but was having trouble. After a couple of attempts he asked a co-worker for assistance. Without trouble shooting the problem, she chalked it up to Samsung not allowing the setup because the phone will not be released for 3 days. I knew this was incorrect because there were people on the internet talking about how much they love the phone. So I went home, turned on my phone and set it up within 5 min and then transferred my data. I don't know how this happened, but somehow I'm more qualified to work in that store than the employees that work there. The take-away from this is, don't charge for a service if you can't even do the basic job you were hired for. I will never visit this location again.

This place is so understaffed. Also the staff upsell customers by lying to them and not disclosing all the specifics. There's a reason Verizon is going down the drain
