Genuinely worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. I went around 2am to get some snacks and Sean, a very big guy with his stomach sticking out, asked if i needed help with anything and i asked where the chips were and he answered extremely condescendingly where they were and when i walked to them he kept saying, in an annoyed and condescending tone, “keep going keep going” after every step i took. He then followed me and asked again if I needed help with anything, not even 2 minutes later. I then responded and asked where the silverware was, and he again, in a condescending tone said “we dont have silverware, we have PLASTICWARE” and the whole time he is giving me a dirty look. Then when i went the wrong way he yelled at me, saying “wrong way, wrong way” but wouldn’t tell me the right way. He yelled at me 4-5 times before i found them. Then he proceeded to speak about me very loudly to another worker there, tara, saying we were dumb and couldn’t figure out where to go while we were right there. After that i put down all my stuff and just left. Before I left, I said to have a good night and he just stared at me and didn’t respond.

My husband just had surgery and there was an issue with his prescription/address. I wish I would have gotten their names, the pharmacy staff was extremely helpful, explaining what to do to make it right and expediting his medication. Thank you!

Friday, October 17 I went to Walgreens pharmacy to drop off my eye prescription. I was in so much pain I had to drive with one eye closed. When I pulled up to the window, I handed over my prescription. A young Black guy asked for my first and last name, so I told him. Then he said, “You don’t have anything.” Like, duh! I just dropped my prescription off at the window! He apologized, and I let it slide. Maybe it was his first day, I don’t know.
He kept typing, so I asked, “Sir, how long is this going to be?” He said 45 minutes and told me they’d call when it was ready. I said, “Okay, let me give you my number.” He started reading off an old number from the system, and I told him, “Sir, I changed my number are you ready for the new one?” He ignored what I said and read off another old number. I said again, “Those aren’t my numbers anymore, are you ready?” He just kept apologizing over and over like he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. At this point, I’m sitting there in pain, thinking, they’ll hire anybody to handle medication these days.
So I left and waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes. When I came back to pick it up, a young Black woman came on the intercom and said it would be $13. Then she came back to the window and said, “I’m sorry, we don’t have the prescription, but you can come back on Monday.”
I was furious. I said, “Y’all had me sitting in this parking lot for 45 minutes, and you couldn’t call me? Give me my prescription back!” I left in pain and frustrated, wishing I had just gone to another 24-hour Walgreens instead. The whole situation was completely negligent. I was suffering, and they wasted my time.
Zero stars

Terrible location! Pharmacy is always running behind and when they ask you to call and verify for a prescription they never answer the phone. Also, online it gives the option to schedule Covid/flu testing but when you go in person they tell you they no longer do testing there. My doctor even warned me of how awful this location is.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I only use this place because my insurance makes me.

Please save yourself the trouble and choose any other Walgreens available to you other than this location. The pharmacy drive-through is completely unusable and can take 20-30 minutes per person. The staff is completely incompetent and can take days to fill prescriptions despite being notified it is ready to pick up. There needs to be a zero-star option for locations such as this.

Quite frankly, I understand the pharmacy is short staffed all the time due to the way Walgreens treat their employees, but if you don’t care for your job or you had a bad experience with another customer then you should leave and don’t take your anger out on customers that just needed a question answered. For the women working at the pharmacy window today, you need a refresh on customer care. You do not talk to customers that way especially when your business was at fault for not communicating properly. If you ordered your medication here I suggest go somewhere else. What a damn shame Walgreens

I have nothing bad to say about the manager and staff on the morning shift. However, it's the complete opposite with the night shift. The manager is always very rude and never seems willing to help. I ordered some invitations through the app, and when I picked them up, they had a finish that I hadn't ordered. I explained it to the manager, and she said I had ordered them that way. She never offered to help me with the order or suggested that I could resubmit the order and try to get it right. It's a shame because it's the only Walgreens in Atascocita.

Contrary to their posted hours on this page they are not open 24 hours so don't waste your time going down there because the stupid computer keeps kicking you to the curb. Just forget walgreens. Scratch them off your list of places you do business with and boycott them! Fed up with it! Let them starve!

This pharmacy is a JOKE
the people manning the front are RUDE and THERE IS ALWAYS A WAIT. Prescription was sent since JUNE 18 and not refilled yet
I’ve gone a total of 4 TIMES. And it’s not that they don’t have it, they just simply forget to pack it in a box. Anyone can be upset at the lack of efficiency this staff pulls over. But just like the dude said to me today “”he “ HAS 50 other people to deal right now “ than to LOOK for my already ready prescription!

Don’t answer the damn phone. Always put you on hold and then they hang up on you after more than an hour waiting.

Terrible customer service. Always a 30 plus minute wait no matter if you go inside or drive through. If I could give this place no stars I would.
