What I don’t understand is why would they close a perfectly stocked and operational store across 59, to keep this never in stock always having system issues or 2hr employee lunch not even considered a corner store for. SMH.

Computers down. Asked if they do meningococcal vaccination older black woman lied to my face saying no after telling me over the phone yesterday they cost 1k without insurance. But you can schedule an appt online for it. So who’s lying? Her or the computer ?

I called this place just to place refills on prescriptions to be done later in the week. The pharmacist said “This is what I’m talking about we are closed and you are waiting last minute.” I said no I am calling just to pick up the refill in a day or two I don’t need it now. Like dang get a grip and learn to listen.

I am disgusted with the fact that I cannot explain my situation without getting cut off by the staff. When I try to explain my issue she just tells me what she does not see like really I have not even explain what I am needing thanks for the no help at all. If they are mind readers they are in the wrong position. It's so sad you can't rely on people that are suppose to be helpful.

Horrible service went there three times and was given three different answers. But I received a text and phone call saying my prescription was ready and it wasn't. And the staffed seemed upset but they are the ones that control Walgreens prescription system not me.

Pharmacy and checkout services are very slow, they had 1 cashier working the pharmacy counter for about 12 customers. Folks just don't want those jobs right now, they can make more staying at home.

Scheduled Covid 19 booster for 12pm. Arrived at 12 pm and doors are locked!!! Called 3 times on hold for 23 min each. Call disconnected. Why not just call and reschedule if something comes up. Just horrible service. Would not recommend
