The pharmacy is worthless, they couldn't find the prescription my doctor sent, I finally asked if maybe it was sent to a different Walgreens by mistake. They looked it up with my phone number so they found it, then I was told it had to be ordered, I asked to update my insurance information but they said no, when the medicine was ready, after I called again, they said that it wasn't covered by my insurance, I asked what about the generic, is it OK to get that one? The person on the phone lied and said that the generic wasn't covered either and to get with my insurance. I called my insurance and said it the generic was covered. My guess is that they didn't have it in stock either, I am transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy. The people working at this pharmacy have no sense of urgency nor try to help. I never got a call nor a message about the status of my prescription, it was just left to be. So sad, they don't understand they are playing with people's health.

I went to Walgreens on two day ago on Wednesday to pick up my prescription. The young lady was not courteous and very nasty. She rang up my medicines and the price came out to be over $50. I told her I would like to use either one of the prescription saving finders to see if I could get it cheaper. I stood there at the pharmacy over 10 minutes and was able to pull up some that were cheaper. When I got back in line and returned to the register only for the young lady to tell me I couldn't use any of the discount cards because the system was down. I understand that and things do happen. Two days later I return to this location to pick up the same medicines. I stood at the counter for over 5 min and no one acknowledged me. I was able to look directly at three different people that knew I was at the counter. The same young lady from two days ago walked by didn't ask if I needed any help, didn't say I'll help momentarily, and just did not acknowledge me at all. She walked out of the pharmacy and went somewhere else. When she returned back to the pharmacy that's when she asked how can she help me. I had been there over 15 min by now. I tried to get the same medicines from two days ago and she tells me again that I can't use the discount cards because the system is down. I do believe at this point she is lying and I will not stop until she is reprimanded. Once done here I will be sending a complaint to the BBB and the Corporate office. This is really sad!

the people in the pharmacy are so rude I’ve never been treated that poorly in my life all i wanted to do is get my medication and the lady got this terrible attitude with me while i was sick as a dog just trying to drop off my prescription

The pharmacy is always understaffed or something. I went this morning at 10:30 cause my prescription was gonna be ready. I told her ok I’ll come back. I got a text at 4:30pm I show up it’s still not ready “15 min”. I waited 20 min. Still wasn’t ready. They are always rude.

don’t go here for your medication. taking me 2 weeks to have my medicine ready.. I really need this medicine too as i am a pregnant women. this is unacceptable. go elsewhere mommas!

This has to be the worst Walgreens ever, last time I came it took 45 min just to get to the window. Today my husband went to get my prescription and they wouldn't give it to him because their technician spelt my last name wrong. Later in the evening I go to try and get my prescription just to find this at the window
