Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. There seems to be no point to calling to verify anything with the staff because they won't update it in there system anyways and you'll be stuck waiting in their line another hour for your medicine.

Manager locked the doors at 10:40pm on Saturday night 12/30/23 and did not open door or look at door as me and three other people waited at the door. Another staff member looked and then looked away. When I asked the pharmacy tech at the drive thru why the doors were locked, she said someone called out and it’s not safe for only a couple of them to be in there so they had to lock up (which is understandable!) This place is supposed to be 24 hours. Please address the under staffed issue and management for not at least putting up a sign or letting us know something while we waited at the doors! I’m sure she was probably stressed and upset but still! Communication is Everything! Unacceptable! Side note: pharmacy staff was very pleasant and nice.

Horrible customer service. at pharmacy. Instead of doing their job they spend more time talking to friends that come up to counter. To get a flu shot it took over 30min.

This place is horrible service is so bad even the manager was so rude didn’t get her name but she had an attitude towards me I was just trying to use my points but the employee didn’t use them and just continue with the payment and lied saying yea it’s all paid and we had to check to see and. No points were used

Horrible service. Completely ignored me at the counter to talk trash about a customer who was leaving ahead of me. When they finally helped me they were just as rude. The lady at the desk Marisol talked to me like I was stupid as if I didn't see her insult a customer right in front of me. Unprofessional and disgusting way to treat people in general much less customers. Hope Marisol gets some therapy.

The manager in this location is too rude to work in any type of customer service job. Because of her lack of knowledge about the Walgreens credit card I had to wait 20 minutes for her to figure out. When she couldn’t make things right she just refunded all the stuff I’m trying to buy and told me to leave. I have to wait longer to buy the medicine I needed.

You pick a topic, they are the worst at it. They don’t even have to answer the phone for them to have been horrible. As a matter fact, they don’t answer the phone and you can sit on hold for 15 minutes and then automatically be hanged up on. Then you walk inside and wonder what’s going on until you see who’s working there behind the counter. Then it all becomes perfectly clear! Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappoint

Excellent customer service from Christie in the pharmacy department. She helped me over the phone at 1am with an RX physician called in. She went above and beyond to assist & I kindly appreciate it.

I went in to get BC powder and Tooth clove oil. I could not find the oral isle and went in a circle prolly 4 times looking and got side tracked a cpl times looking for the bc powder.... Which I could not find at all. Also looking at stuff I didn't need. The worker there was a young lady probably teen to early twenty's. She was following me around like crazy. Which is very strange to me. Yes I just got up drank coffee and came in because it Thanksgiving and we have a lot of cooking to do... so I just wanted to run in and get two things. I literally go in there to deliver their UPS packages when their regular driver needs help. I don't need to steal and they shouldn't be following around customers.

I normally don't write reviews but I feel like another 1 star review is needed.I went to pick up a Rx and I was told that my wife's Rx wont be ready for an hour and a half. I go back two hours later and I was told that the Rx wasn't ready and would take another hour and a half. I told them that I was there two hours ago and that I was already told it would take an hour and a half. The person went to the back and was gone for about 10 or 15 minutes and came back with one of the RX. She told me that the other medication was canceled by the doctor and that they or I would have to call him back and ask him to resend it. I asked how long it would take for the Rx to be ready after the Dr. resends the Rx and she told me an hour and a half ...I pay for the Rx I got and drove off. I called the Dr. and I told them what happened. The Dr called the pharmacy to see what happened and he was told that the pharmacy tech canceled the order. I told him that she said that he canceled it, He said that was not the case. (Why lie about it? Why wouldn't the tech just say she messed up?) Anyways, I got home and decided to call the pharmacy to see if the Rx was ready (Dr told me it will be done soon). I was on hold for almost an hour! It started with 2 callers in front of me, then I was next in queue. 40 minutes go by and I'm thinking to myself, there's no way they are on the phone with someone for 40 minutes! At the 50 minute mark, someone answers and says can you hold? I immediately get put back on hold, 30 seconds later....the call was hung up....I call back and I have to sit on hold again with "more than 3 callers ahead of me".Yea, long rant, but I'm done with this place.Would give a zero if I could.I know not everyone there is probably a terrible employee, but for those that don't care about their jobs or customers they should definitely be vetted out.

They need help or a few new people in the pharmacy. Ms. J. Morgan has horrible horrible horrible customer service. I like the fact that this location is open 24 hours but I will gladly take my prescriptions to other places that close at 9 than to be treated as if I dont exist.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy is completely slow. I received messages and phone calls that my prescription was ready only to get to the pharmacy the NEXT DAY and it’s not ready. I have took a trip to the Pharmacy twice and now this evening will be a third for a prescription that was due to be ready yesterday. Their promise time is never dependable. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this pharmacy. Every time I have a prescription sent to this pharmacy the wait time is beyond ridiculous. For there to be 3+ technicians working together nothing seems to get done. I have worked for Walgreens for 4+ years as a senior pharmacy technician and I have never seen the amount of inconsistency this pharmacy brings me when it comes to getting my prescriptions ready.
