Phil, I can’t thank you enough sir. Your professionalism, knowledge and WARF products are amazing. It has been 2+ yrs since I purchased my SP-M4 and I’ve yet to experience any issues. I'll NEVER see another gun shop again. When it comes to customer service, Phillip and Roxanne are on a level of their own. Them 2 are so patient and answer all questions made. Knowledgeable. Absolutely awesome people!! I can confidently say I will never see another gun shop as long as they are around!

Stopped in recently and had the pleasure of speaking with Phil, the owner. Not only is the shop well-stocked and well-organized, but Phil himself made the experience stand out. We ended up having a really great conversation—he’s knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned gun owner, Phil creates a welcoming environment. Highly recommend checking out the store you’ll walk away with more than just good gear.

Philip’s service is top tier, he’s very helpful and very knowledgeable about the guns and the laws behind them. This isn’t my 3 or 4th time shopping here and it definitely won’t be my last. If you really look around you’ll see he has some of the best prices in Houston!!!!

I called on a citadel boss pup 12 gauge Phillip the owner helped me on the phone I went down to his store the next day bought the gun great service and nice to deal with the owner he knows his business and I'll be back to buy from him again

I had a long standing issue with a role I was given as a gift. I wanted to book this into the armor at the store but after a 2 min call the issue was diagnosed and rifle back singing!
Moral of the story - seek advice from those that know!! and these guys know!!

I’m a First time buyer. Owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He Had about 7 or 8 people in at one time and was tentative to everyone. He delt with and answered every one of my questions. I’ll definitely be back to buy more.
