Recently, while checking certificate of deposit (CD) rates I visited the Wells Fargo Bank, Rayford Crossing location, Spring, TX 77386. Upon arriving, I was met by Ms. Courtney Kenney. During my visit, Ms. Kenney answered all of my questions as well as offering to help me with various investment options offered by the Wells Fargo Bank. After gathering and comparing the information from other financial advisors, I decided to purchase a CD from the Wells Fargo Bank - Ms. Kenney. During the purchase process, Ms. Kenney assisted me in an expedited manner as well as displaying the highest level of professionalism and providing exceptional service. Additionally, Ms. Kenney was courteous, knowledgeable and is an asset to the Wells Fargo Bank. Keep up the great work...

Would give 0 stars if I could. This branch has the worst service I've had by far of any bank. I waited an hour to open an account just to be told that they were closing and that I had to make an appointment. I had signed in on their waitlist through my phone (like their sign instructed) when I came in and no one acknowledged or checked on me in that hour that I waited patiently for service. The employees were completely insincere with their apologies and more focused on kicking me out than making things right. I highly recommend that management re-train their staff on basic customer service skills and update their signs if appointments were required so that another poor soul does not waste their time like I did. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this location.

Might be a reason why this branch has poor reviews? After seeing 3 customers are waiting in line for at least 5 mins? Never forget your nothing without customers at your business.

Do yourself a favor bank elsewhere... I was added to a business account over a month ago. They said I would get a call to finish setting up the account. Every time I called to confirm no one would answer. After a month I called the 800 number and was able to get access to the account and get the data I needed for a meeting. After that meeting I needed to make a deposit. I called the local office and could not get anyone to answer the phone. When I went there to get answers. They were rude and told me I had to make an appointment. I told them that I would if someone would pick up the phone. I went back to my store and called again and it went to a phone support center. They tried to call and no one answered for them also. I still have not been able to make a Cash deposit, they helped me deposit checks with the app and I ordered a card which will be delivered in 5 days. Terrible bank! Would never recommend WF! Looks like I'm not alone! Chase bank is open they are friendly and they answer calls! Not a fan!

This is my home bank. I've been here a ton of times. There are minutes away from where I live. This Wells Fargo gets an A for location. The service is always great and speedy, someone is always standing near the front to greet you when you walk in. The greater usually ask if they can help you while you're in line if it's long. The place is always quiet with music playing inside at a semi low volume to make the atmosphere welcoming. Never had a problem here.

It's a bank... i don't mind Wells Fargo, i like it. But this branch needs to get with the program. Waited for a banker for way too long. Also, there was only 1 working out of 3. Ridiculous. I'll be going to another Wells Fargo. Second time I've been here. Never again.

Extremely pleasant service today! Although it is a busier location than Kingwood Wells Fargo locations, the bankers are very attentive and cater to your needs. I was sitting at the waiting area waiting for something to get done. All of the bankers on site made sure I was being taken care of and checked on me. The banker who I spoke to was very understanding, and assisted me through all the issues. It was definitely a much needed quality customer service!!!

I don't know if the have the most competitive loan prices, or what they offer when u open up a account. I was just in and out with a deposit. They were well staffed and super friendly. And one less headache on my list of errands.

Today, April 3, 2014 went to this bank to make a deposit. The drive thru window/teller was out of order. So, I went inside. The teller line was 12-15 customers deep....moving at less than a snail's pace AND they only had 2 tellers working! I looked around and saw employees sitting at their desk with no customers doing nothing! AND, several other employees were visiting with each other wasting time! What a sorry excuse for customer service. This is no way to run a bank. I'm taking my business and my money somewhere else!

Older location but friendly bankers. Plenty of lanes in their drive thru.
