I come here 4-5 times during the week for my store using the drive-thru. I have been short-changed several times, they kept my envelopes for deposits, and once my black bank envelope was not sent back to me at all. Instead, they sent my change and receipts back in the tube (commercial lane) without the black bank envelope. It was windy and my money almost blew away. They just sent my cash back to me loose. Also, this drive-thru is never fully staffed. Most of the time there is only one person working the lanes. If I’m lucky, there might be two people working. Management needs to hire better employees and staff their banks. You are handling other people’s money. The job should be taken more seriously.

Bad customer service.I bought cashiers check 5 years ago the manager told me cashier check never have expire but from 04/1/24 I came and cash the check they said my check was expire 3 years ago and nobody help me to do anything even the manager

Kicked us out 30min til closing and I was already standing and then sat down since 3:47 pm. So I will not ever go back or open an account with this bank.

Poor customer service. One teller .. line was long and manager never stepped up to help out just stared and then went to her office. This explains the current review. No care for customers time what so ever. I walked out and probably will move my banking needs else where. I don’t get it this is a costumer service business.

Recently, while checking certificate of deposit (CD) rates I visited the Wells Fargo Bank, Rayford Crossing location, Spring, TX 77386. Upon arriving, I was met by Ms. Courtney Kenney. During my visit, Ms. Kenney answered all of my questions as well as offering to help me with various investment options offered by the Wells Fargo Bank. After gathering and comparing the information from other financial advisors, I decided to purchase a CD from the Wells Fargo Bank - Ms. Kenney. During the purchase process, Ms. Kenney assisted me in an expedited manner as well as displaying the highest level of professionalism and providing exceptional service. Wouldn't let me cash a check over $5k because it was from out of state!! EVEN after they called the client to verify the check was valid and written by them! Wanting to know flight numbers and what they had for breakfast!? That's not client protection, that's oppressive!

It’s Friday afternoon and they have 2 tellers working. The line is to the door and not moving. Glad I don’t bank with them. Wish my company didn’t. I’d give zero stars if allowed. This is every Friday!!!

I wish, I could give a zero; because Mirella working the teller window was very disrespectful, rude and prejudice. She let a Hispanic woman cut in front of me; I had been waiting in line about twenty minutes already. The lady told; her I'm sorry and Mirella said that's okay. Only two teller; so I ask the other teller what was her name. Mirella stop with the transaction she was doing and said MirellaI. I told her; I'm not talking to you. I ask for the manager and I was told she was on break at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday. Mirella might need a job in the back cleaning; until she know how to deal with customers.
