The process for getting an appointment is painful. There is also a glitch with them receiving referrals, or sending medical records. There’s just too much hassle to see their Doctors.

Dr. Wang and the inhouse staff are great in Humble, however, good luck in getting a referal to another doctor. This is the second time they did not send the referral to my insurance company. So, I had to cancel my appointment. Ha, took 3 weeks to get in.

My parents had to change doctor's recently, and were referred here. So far it's been a nice experience. Friendly staff
