went in there looking for something to help with my eye infection and leslie, helped me picking out items that might help. very helpful and the remedy we chose worked perfectly! great customer service from her, i live in the area so every time she's there its a joy!

Leslie was very helpful helping me look for my items and was patient. Even when there's was a lot of people needing help she got to me in a timely manner. She was very sweet and a good asset to this company.

horrible. if you need to go to walgreens, DO NOT go to this one. horrible customer service with people who cant wait to leave and no experience on how to help people. -10/10 recommend coming here.

Worst service ever. Pharmacy is super unprofessional. They said they were going to send a prescription to another 24 hr Walgreens and they never did. Went from humble all the way to woodlands for nothing.

This walgreens SUCKS the pharmacy does not answer the phone or process prescription refills online through the app it will take them 2-3 days to even process a prescription and then you'll wait another 2 days before you can pick it up- just save time and go to the walgreens on first street they have way better pharmacist and management and it's a nice and new location, I drive out of the way just to go to first street because i can place a prescription fill and get it within the same day Vs. this place where i have to wait almost a week horrible management and it really shows !

This Walgreens is filthy! Unfortunately, while waiting for a prescription, I had to use the restroom. It was vile! I couldn't even bring myself to wash my hands because the sinks were so disgusting! It's sad when people are feeling I'll to begin with and have to go to such a gross place to get their medications. I am even sicker now.

This pharmacy sucks. I ordered medicine through my Walgreens account. Received an e-mail which says thanks for your order. With pick-up dates and times. Only to hear when I pick up the medicine, that the order is not in their computor. I showed them the e-mail with the pick-up dates. This happened before. And that I need to call my doctor. Funny thing is that I have medicines I don't take anymore with no refills, but still get reminders for refills and that they will contact my doctor. Recently I needed a medicine which was also not put in their computor. I was tolld it will be ordered. Meantime I got 5 pills. After 5 days waiting the medicine was not received from their distribution center. I was tolld to call other Walgreens to see if they have that medicine as I needed the medicine. After hours calling and waiting to talk to someone at some of the other Walgreens I found a Walgreens in Tomball who had the medicine. But this Walgreens had to transfer the prescription to the Walgreens in Tomball. What a hassle. At least I got the medicine in Toball Walgreens. I believe something is wrong with their Computor. I had a time when I picked up the medicine at 11 am that the medicine was not ready and was tolled to come back at 3 pm, then I was tolled to come back at 6 pm, only to hear they had to order the medicine. Talking about getting the run around.

This is the worst experience I've had with a pharmacy. It's unfortunate that employees either make or break your business. I understand that you are a high paced business but for a women to huff when talking to a customer is ridiculous.

It's Walgreen's, so you know they provide your corner store needs and much, much more. This store...hmmm. I needed some hot sauce and popped in for a quick in and out. I came across the last bottle of Tobasco Sauce, but the box was open and missing two of the four flaps, however the bottle seemed to still have its seal. I let a young, female store clerk know and she opted to try and find another bottle, but it was the last one. She giggled and said that the store typically gets products with damaged containers, but suggested that it should be ok. I needed it, so I purchased it. I've never seen open products, on same, at a Walgreen's, so it's pretty interesting that this seems like a regular occurrence at this location.
