I can’t wait to leave Xfinity so I never have to deal with them or this store again. Xfinity doesn’t care about its members or first responders. Sure if u want to be aggressively sold a phone and then treated like trash by that same company later sure 2 stars because half of the issue was my own stupidity but this company is terrible don’t get mobile phone service through XfinityEdit down to one star after wasting yet another 40 minutes of my life on this response

This time was a great experience. The waiting time was short, the staff polite and friendly. She did the process I needed diligently and fast. Other occasions has been horrible, but appears that they have improved their system and customer skills.

The service here is EXCELLENT. They know how to treat a customer. I was suprise how quick they were to solve my issues. The customer service rep was friendly and professional.

Someone stole my identity and setup an account. Now Comcast is still trying to collect even though it was proven to not be me. Go get Tachus, I’d give Comcast zero stars if I could.

Worst experience I have ever had. With the store. With the customer support nobody is being helpful. I’m about to lose my job because I work from home and I’m being lied to about what the issue is. I finally got a tech appt only for the guy to sit in his car for 10 minutes walk to the wrong apartment and cancel my freakin appointment. I’m suing this company if I lose my job
