This guy Steven Brown, at diesel register, simply doesn’t go with Love’s Slogan -
‘’ Clean Places & Friendly Faces’’
If he cannot treat Truckers with due respect, he simply doesn’t deserve a spot At Love’s!

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Loves Truck Stop #617 in Hungerford, TX.
The cashier, Steven Brown, was extremely rude & disrespectful.
Unfortunately, his behavior did not meet the standards I expect from a business. I’d advise professional Truckers to be cautious when visiting this location.

I stopped for a PM and the service was very fast and professional. The mechanic Andrew does very good work and very polite. I will stop here to get my work done from now on.

Erving was the best both professionally and personable! Loves is lucky to have a guy with such integrity and professionalism like himself, definitely coachable and visually management material! BIG thank you to that guy for making our road trip memorable!!

I stopped by to buy some snacks but first I went to the restroom and it was nasty. Y'all need to upgrade y'all store really don't recommend kno one to stop her to use the restroom 🤮

Let’s get right into it. Upon arrival at around 9-9:30am things are being done that should not be done at peak hours. One slip and fall sign does not suffice. Pressure washing the front on the store parking spaces, and sidewalk is insane, getting water on customers, and cars. Cones were then put out during to cover what they just did to customers. A wet floor sign right when you open the door to fall over on. Drinks need attention they are mostly all carbon. So many workers, but they are just walking around, they are not really working.. just lolly gagging. Also the Chester’s a couple feet away were not ready for a run of customers in the slightest but the slot machine was where you can hear it going off while trying to get a decent drink in the store. 😞

You can at least put washer fluid and a little dawn soap in the buckets on the fuel pumps instead of dirty water

Horrible service from the service shop. One truck in the bay. Multiple people working. Person at the counter says it will be an hour before we can get to you. Two and a half hours later I finally get a call from them saying it’s probably going to be a few more hours.

On 3-16-25 I went to love mechanic and Adrian and worker pablo was very respectful professional and very polite went in and out in no time love the job they did and most definitely recommend this loves store with them 2 workers being there they go straight to the point and the the job done it's a 100 for me for any mechanical work to go to them
