I have never had better service until I went here and met this wonderful lady named Casey, she was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions and I had alot of them and she explained everything for me so I will be definitely be referring people to come out and see her!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Mini Mall Storage! The girls in the office were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions with a smile and made the whole process feel so easy. It's rare to find customer service this good these days. Highly recommend!

The biggest joke of a company I’ve ever seen. They don’t respond to emails, can’t sign up for autopay, can’t pay in advance, prices change monthly, ridiculous fees including a fee every single month to take payment by check. By far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company.

They lied saying 1st month free but yet they took $76 out of my account. Called an no refund haven't even moved in. They still won't help. Website did not say no refund policy. Sent email an they won't respond back. They r to high price. But it doesn't tell u how much til they got u. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Rented a unit for one month. We needed a unit that could hold an entire four bedroom house worth of furniture and stuff. Some of the units are a little hard to get to due to the fence, causing you to not have a lot of space to turn with a trailer. Or not even a driveway at all… Besides that they were decent units for what they are and the staff was very helpful. We forgot to give notice that we were done with our unit, which was entirely my fault for not reading the fine print… but they were super accommodating and understanding. I’d rent from them.

This place is ridiculous. What a terribly managed company that is so pieced together it doesn't even work together. I bought a storage unit online went to the place at night after office hours and gate code didn't work. Called mid week got a confirmation gate code works now. I try to go in on the weekend can't even get inside the climate control unit because this requires a completely different code never given to me. I get that code come back again and guess what there's a green lock on my door and I was never given a code for it. Now I'm completely moved out of my apartment truck loaded and I can't even get into the unit. I am a truck driver and can't be here during the week so now I have no place to safely put my items
