Sara at Free Up storage made my move in at their pristine facility as hassle free as she possibly could. She even met me on the weekend (her day off) after I was a day late to arrive! She’s so kind, and helpful. Just a couple of the many reasons I love Texas so much- southern hospitality. Keep up the great work Sara - it’s a pleasure to be one of your newest tenets, and of course to be back in the Lonestar State. ⭐️

The business is super clean, nice place for storage. Also Sara, the lady that helped me with selecting the right size of storage building for my needs was a delightful, super nice lady with a lot of knowledge for your needs. Thanks for your help Sara.

Sara was super helpful and friendly she made everything super easy to understand and by far the best customer service ive had a storage unit (i move around alot for work). That being said of the 10 plus units around Huntsville area this by far the best one in both customer service and prices!

Great place to use as storage. Great hospitalty!! Very clean. They even have a dolly and cart for you to use. I highly recommend.

From the rental process to moving in the storage, Sara was amazing. She made it easy to set everything up for an easy unload for my movers. Although we encountered an issue during the move in process, Sara was quick to help us figure out the very best solution. I highly recommend using FreeUp storage. It was one of the least stressful parts about my move!

Didn’t get gate code info when I booked on a Saturday. Fortunately, the manager was there and able to assist. Pricing is pretty competitive. Very convenient location.
