We went to theThe ATT store in Huntsville Texas on Wednesday morning. We arrived at opening along with about 6 or 7 other folks. There were 3 employees working at that time, they were all very courteous and professional.our wait was about 25 minutes. Issac was the young man who helped us, he was great, helped us all the while answering the phone and greeting others as they came in the door, he had our pro solved in about 20 minutes. He and the other employees were all very helpful and friendly.

I only went in to use the kiosk but when the young man saw I was having trouble he came right over and helped me. Sorry I didn't get his name.

Tony helped me out a lot even with the phone I brought in that was broken. He took his time explaining everything to me & helped me transfer my services from t mobile to AT&T. 10/10 recommend this store. Everyone was so friendly & helpful ♥️

The guys at the store were great! Professional and eager to help. My concern and ultimately my complaint is that the AT&T system removed my first responder discount that has been in place since you became AT&T. This required me to go to the store because it could not be handled on the phone. This forced me to have to do firstnet and change my plan for my family that I was happy with! Forced me to lose HBO and downgrade my streaming capabilities in order for the cost to stay similar.

If I could give lower I would. Brought my iPad in to add it onto a line.. handed a perfectly working iPad to the man, he started trying to take out the SIM card and broke the button off into the iPad and immediately the screen shut off. Then they gave the iPad back to me telling me I broke it and there was nothing that they could do to fix it. When I explained to the “store manager” that the guy broke it he started getting angry with me saying “he’s been here for TWO YEARS and this has never happened before so he didn’t do it.” Anyway long story short they break things and will not fix or replace them. So now I am out $800 because of them.(also asked to speak to his manager and he just disappeared in the back room and came back saying there was nothing they could do and they called him.)
