“An accident caused my front bumper to detach. Other businesses in the area told me buying a whole new bumper and paying over $2000 was the only way to go.
Kenneth was honest and said it was salvageable, that it could be put back on and properly secured for about $500, and most of that was just labor and paint.
The work they did was fantastic. More importantly, they were ethical, reasonable, and exceptionally kind. These are the people to go to when you need your car worked on. Also, they do glass work and apparently that's great too. This is a business worth supporting!”

“I have had the unfortunate luck to require the services of Nelson Amaya's Collision Center a few times. Every time they've needed to repair my vehicles, they have done an excellent job. Their prices are fair, and they didn't try to price gouge my insurance. Their service is quick, and they have great communication. Even special requests like ensuring the tire they replace matches the rest have been honored. On this most recent instance, whomever they utilized to complete the front-end alignment has done an excellent job. My job drives smoother than it did before the accident.
Hopefully you never require their services, but if you do, they've taken of me and my family numerous times, and I know if I need further repairs, I would not hesitate to trust them in repairing my vehicle.”

He walked me through everything he thought might be wrong with my bumper and the costs of everything. I never once felt like he wasn’t being genuine. And then I got my car back, and the paint job was stunning. Whoever they had paint my bumper honestly deserves a raise because it matches perfectly, with the shimmer and everything. Great prices, great people working there. I would recommend Imperial Collision to any girls out there who are looking for a shop they can trust to not take advantage of them just because they’re women.”
