These guys play a lot of games. I think they like trolling their customers. They are sadistic twits.Don't bank with these demons!

Again with another complaint. When I opened an account I went through BBVA and I absolutely loved them. At the time to avoid any kind of fees all I had to do was add a savings account, which I did. Now that it's PNC all that is out the window. You have to either ha for a direct deposit of 500 every month or keep a balance of five hundred dollars in your account. My money gets spent as fast as it comes in, I will never keep that much in my checking and I don't work a job that does direct deposit anymore. I shouldn't have to take out of savings to cover these fees because that would defeat the purpose of having a savings account. I wouldn't complain if I had fees coming out of one account but I have two checkings, one savings and a credit card through with fees that all add up, fees I didn't have before. I beleive that if you were a BBVA customer prior to transitioning to PNC then the contract they signed should follow them. I didn't sign up for PNC, I was forced to merge. I was told I would get a a call from the escalations department regarding the issues in two to three business days. When I never received the call I called PNC back and the customer service rep told me that I already received a call and that the matter was resolved. I told her I absolutely did not receive a call and the problem was not resolved and to say a matter has been resolved just simply because you want to avoid the issue is just plain bad business practice. They said they would open it back up and someone you'd give me a call, we'll see. I NEVER had any problems with BBVA. I've had all sorts of problems transitioning to PNC.Update:After having so many problems with PNC I ended up closing one of the two checking accounts I had and one savings account. Left one checking account open so it's easier to instantly pay the pnc credit card with. Last week I had to have the card to my remaining account replaced because I had fraudulent Uber charge. I've never taken an Uber in my life. Was charged a replacement card fee that they won't refund. I could understand if I lost my card but I didn't. So now I'm being charged a pdpjamdmdmj card fed and still was not reimbursed the Uber pass fraudulent charge. They are just as much of crooks as the crooks behind the fraudulent charge so I'm getting screwed twice!

As soon as we could, I and my loved ones closed our amounts here. We were with BBVA, PNC is horrible. Fees out the wazoo, terrible customer service (800 lines, branch is hit or miss). They do anything to tack on charges, and have a less than stellar reputation.

This is the bank my job uses and they tend to take care of everyone else before they get to the businesses. And every day I come it just gets worse! They need to have 1 person dealing with the business lane and 1 person dealing with the others. This is ridiculous!!

I’m in shock. I walked into this bank. It smelled like overwhelming cigarettes. The young man behind the counter on the far right said hello after a few minutes. I said I’d like to open an ACCT please. He said to his friend sitting on the far left side, I don’t wanna do it, do you wanna do it? He said no I don’t wanna do it, you do it, the original one said I don’t know how to do it , you do it. Then the other one said we’ll I guess I can try to do it. I can try. I told them I’m obviously in the wrong place, I’ll take my business elsewhere. I was trying to open an already exhausting business new account. $150-200k deposit. HEY PNC when you figure it out DO NOT CALL ME AND I WONT BOTHER YOU AGAIN I PROMISE. Signed Monica

This bank is a scam nothing but a scam. First off they would not let me to posit rolled change the gentleman belittled me when I asked to make a deposit. I also bet it was capital one and Wells Fargo in over a years time compass has managed to charge me over $800 in overdraft fees where Wells Fargo and capital one has managed to charge me nothing in overdraft fees I would not recommend this bank to anyone not even my worst enemy and that goes for compass BBVA as a whole.

So far I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everybody working there whom I’ve encountered is efficient, and as far as I can tell, does a good job of communicating. Even the one time when I had to wait too long outside for the ATM to get going (it uses Windows 7), I just went inside and they took care of what I needed right away. And Sergio is totally awesome.

I'm currently making a deposit and have been here for almost 20 mins. This is my constant experience here. Customer of 2 years. The employees are poor communicators, and will simply disappear after taking my check/slip, then return 10 mins later to ask if I needed a deposit. Sometimes it'll happen a time or two again. The fees are incredibly high, and the staffing is incredibly low. I will be moving to another bank this week.
