“I can only give 4 stars and here is why. Been using this company for a while and every time they charge me a gratuity of 15%. I asked the driver (several different drivers in fact) and the consensus was that the gratuity does NOT go to the drivers as a tip... So keep that in mind. I will be tipping cash from now on. The drivers have been most excellent at courtesy and promptness. The cars have been clean and well maintained.”
