Rose & Michelle at the Huntsville, TX store were very helpful & knowledgeable of all things "Cricket"! When we were there purchasing our phones a tornado - like storm rolled through and these 2 ladies were concerned for our safety as well as their own safety. This type of kindness is rarely experienced is most businesses. Thank you!

The lady working on Friday was very rude. I noticed multiple other complaints about her too (how interesting) I came in to inquire about the new iphone 15 and she said “sorry to burst your bubble but it is very expensive” and was talking to me like I was broke or something?? I got really irritated and I think she just didn’t want to take the time to help me so I canceled my service and went to AT&T and bought the new phone with them. She just made me feel so unwelcomed to be there. I called today to make sure my autopay was canceled and she was very rude on the phone too.

The manager was so very nice and patient I gave this place a 5 star everyone was so helpful. I was all over the place and didn’t have a clue which phone I was going to pick and the manager detailed them all one by one. Her name starts with a C.

The lady working today was horrible! I couldn't even understand her name on the phone but my husband went to get me a SIM card and he called me and I spoke with her. She was as rude as could be and told me he couldn't buy a SIM card that I had to go to the store to physically buy it. I can order it online so why can't I buy it at the store??? Makes no sense. I told her I was never told that before and she told me "well I'm telling you today". He then went to target and bought one and it works fine. These people need to find different jobs if they can't be nice and respectful.
