First rate repair and service. Dr. Don helped me after the sale with on the spot answers to many questions I had. They know what they are doing. 95 vette back to rocking and rolling.Fixed my radio, cassette, cd player. Fixed my computer (after lying in water) and sent me a new harness, new connector. All from one source, awesome. Quick service, and I mean like just a few days, NOT weeks. Highly recommended. Thank you DR.DON!!!!

I have a 1988 corvette in which the speakers would not play. Just noise and static. Finally found Dr. Don. This gentleman talked with me directly, told me how to get them to him, what the repair would cost and completed the work promptly. He called me to make sure that I would be home to accept the first return shipment. When UPS failed to deliver the second shipment overnight, again Dr. Don called me to make sure that I was aware of the ups issue. The speakers work very well for me now and I did not have to change out the original equipment. He did what he said that he would do in a very prompt manner. I found him to be professional, able and willing to deliver exceptional customer service. Well Done Dr. Don!!! I am very pleased with Dr. Don and the service that he renders.Perry Gloucester Va.

When I removed the driver's door amp for my 1988 Corvette Bose system there was a large black mark on the circuit board. The local C4 parts supplier recommended rebuild over buying a used amp. Sent it to Dr. Don's and when I got it back it was good as new. Now the driver's side door speaker sounds just like it did 20 years ago.

Sent my 1993 Corvette Bose headunit and 4 amplifiers in for refurbishment. Amazing difference, like night and day! Also got the updated CD mechanism and AUX connector added. Everything works great and I cannot recommended Dr Don's enough. Talked on the phone multiple times and they were always helpful.

I literally spent 3 day or so looking for a specific part to repair something I've been working on for a while. I was getting desperate trying to find what I needed. I saw Dr. Don's business on Google and shot him a call as a last ditch effort to find what I needed. Not only did he have what I was looking for, but he had it quick fast and in a hurry. By far one of the most on top of it and knowledgeable people in the stereo repair industry I've ever met, and exceptionally friendly. I should have called him first. Would've saved me 3 days.

He's my Dad, I'm 35 but he refuses to speak to me. I've never met him but I have met his family, my family. I have spoken to him over the phone and he was the rudest person I've ever spoken too. I understand why the comments about his work are what they are. Good luck!

Dr. Don has been nothing short of Excellent service and generous with his time. He upgraded my C4 a few years ago and it still works flawless. I called him recently for my C5 and he gave me 30 minutes of his time explaining how to upgrade on a budget and told me that his specialty is upgrading old stuff and making competition setups. Basically he recommended a complete setup for my needs at his expense. I would recommend him to anyone looking to salvage or repair a stock system or build a very high end system.

Don was very helpful I had bought a used CDM for my Bose radio and it didn't fix my problem I went to Dr Dons and he kindly bench tested both my CDMs and both turned out to be fine He gave me advice on other things I my check out to try and fix my problem.

I was happy to have found Don. I've been in the electronics business for nearly 40 years, and within the past year found his service to be helpful on a vintage Corvette radio. I recently sent some more contemporary Corvette Bose amplifiers for repair for one of our customers. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and returned to our store. Then the problems started. Of the two amps we had repaired, one worked properly and one didn't. Because we were on a deadline (the 1990 Corvette was headed to it's new home in California to be reunited with it's first owner!) our bench tech was able to replace two defective (leaking) capacitors enabling us to meet our deadline. When I contacted Dr. Don about the situation he adamantly refused to believe that any work he turns out could be anything less than perfect. I like a man who is confident about the quality of his work but it's a real turn off when that man won't admit to a mistake, and even worse when he becomes rude and downright arrogant about the situation. I'm the customer. Not the villain. At our business, we do make mistakes, and when discovered we do our best to make things right. I've never experienced un-professionalism of this magnitude from any vendor and needless to say I will never send this man and his business another job, and I would urge anyone reading this to consider other options as well.
