Love the atmosphere. Very friendly people. Love my nail person. He did a great job on my pedicure and nails. I love the lady that did my eyebrows very sweet. I give this place 110%. Definitely going back.

I have been getting my nails done here for yrs. They're friendly there's never any kind of wait and if I do it's only like 5 minutes. As long as they are open I will only get my nails done here.

The good, during nursing school I wasn’t really able to get my nails done. I went to Elegant nails today and had the best experience. Pam is amazing. Her staff is so nice and the shop is very clean. I didn’t feel rushed and the price was amazing ❤️ Looking for a great pedicure, manicure and need your eyebrows looking nice, go to Elegant nails in the mall.

Probably the worst new set of nails I have ever seen. Location and parking is a nightmare. My nails were crocked, uneven, lumpy and different nail shapes. Not what I asked for @ $65.00

I won't go anywhere else in Huntsville. This place is ALWAYS clean. Very spacious even during busier times. We love Lynn! She is through, pleasant and takes her time to make sure you like what's getting done. The prices are reasonable and you don't have to beg for a bottled water. Lots of color options and again.... CLEAN.

Pam really made my day special! She heard of the rough week I had. Did a phenomenal job and gave me perks during to my wedding week. If ever you want top notch service this is the place to go. I got my eyebrows done and was given a gift for my special day. Never will I go anywhere but Elegant nails in the mall in Huntsville

I let one bad interaction sway me into writing a bad review. After Pam seen my review she contacted me. I gave elegant nails another shot and they reminded me why I’ve been coming here for years. If you ever have any issues talk to Pam! She’ll make things right. I was very satisfied with my return visit and this will continue to be my go to place!

Very nice and professional staff. Did not try to push extra services. They did ask if I wanted a pedicure and when I said not today, but another day when I had more time, they did not push it again. She did show me the individually packaged pedicure products. To make sure I knew they did not reuse them on other customers. I appreciated that. I wanted natural looking nails and they did them perfectly. Very happy with them. Will be going back for a pedicure.

I had an amazing experience! We had some last minute changes but we were able to come in and get two manicures and two pedicures done and they even stayed a little after closing to finish us! My nail tech was Kyle and did a great job! He was very meticulous and thorough- he made it sure it was a good job! Very appreciative and happy with the results! Would recommend!

Every person here seemed to have a bad attitude and talked in a foreign language the whole time. Terrible service, application of product and manners. The manager went into my purse to get my card out while I was getting my nails done. She is very rude and bossy. If you have standards on how your nails look, don't come here. They couldnt understand me and got mad when I asked for what I wanted. They CANNOT understand you. Goodluck.
