Customer service needs alot of work and iv had multiple times where the employees and manager have been out of line to children the way they look at them talk to them kids are kids they throw fits make a mess but I'm a mother that comes behind and clean up after them I don't need anyone yelling at my 2 year old period never shopping here again

My mom was in there today around 2:30pm today. The lady behind the register charged her 3 times for a bag of fritos with her other items. After getting in the car and realizing she was over charged she went back inside to find the same lady that rang her up down the isle walking up eating a bag of fritos. My mom explains she only bought 1 bag as she brought all her bags in and explains she over charged her. The lady proceeds too tell her she scanned the right amount and calls her a liar. She said no I know there were 2 bags but you scanned three and she only bought 1. My mom then proceeds to tell her I will give you my keys and you can go look in my car, The lady proceeds to say I will refund it this one time. The manager should really look at her cameras and see what this lady is doing and other people should be aware of possibly being over charged for things. Guarantee the bag of fritos she was eating is one she rang up on my mom's tab.

I was greeted by the manager Whitney and was asked if could help me while I was shopping by Kylie. It was an hour from close when arrived. Very friendly, Kylie was cleaning the bathroom and i had to comment to manage that this store was very organized and I truly appreciate their customer service. Thanks Whitney and Kylie

Dont go here. I bought a 16" oscillating standing fan and the motor shook so bad that it would vibrate across the floor. I tried to return it and was told I couldn't do that. I would have to exchange it for the same fan. It doesn't say this on their receipt, anywhere in the store and no one told me this when I bought it. They lied about the manager not being there and they were not even willing to listen to what I had to say. They didnt have the same fan in stock so they told me I would have to go to another store about 25 miles away to see if they had one. Needless to say I walked out with no return, exchange or being able to talk to the manager. No way will I go back there again. I live less than 1 mile from them and for them to tell me I had to go find another store to do an exchange. So bad for business. Very unprofessional.
